A substrate is mountable on the terminal block. The substrate has at least one first electrical connector electrically connectable with the at least one secondary terminal and at least one second electrical connector in electrical connection with the at least one first electrical connector. At least one wire is electrically connected to the at least one second electrical connector. An overmold is configured to cover the at least one second electrical connector and at least a portion of the at least one wire.
CONNECTION STRUCTURE
A connection structure is provided that has excellent high speed transmission performance while also having a positional misplacement accommodation function.
The connection structure includes a connection target, and a connector that contacts the connection target from a Z direction other side. The connection target includes an inner conductor portion, and an outer conductor portion that surrounds the inner conductor portion. The connector includes a signal terminal including a first connector contact portion, a shield member including a second connector contact portion, and a housing. The inner conductor portion includes an inner conductor contact portion capable of abutting against the first connector contact portion in the Z direction, and the outer conductor portion includes an outer conductor contact portion capable of abutting against the second connector contact portion in the Z direction.
WIRELESS HEADSET AND CONTROL BOX USED FOR WIRELESS HEADSET
A control box includes a female connector part and a male connector part. The plug end is housed in the female connector part when the male connector part is connected to the female connector part. The plug end is configured to plug into a power supply device when the male connector part is detached from the female connector part.
VEHICLE LIGHTING ASSEMBLY WITH LENS HEATING DEVICE AND RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR SAME
A lighting assembly is presented herein. The lighting assembly includes a receptacle terminal having a connection portion defining an aperture configured to receive a corresponding plug terminal along a longitudinal axis and a terminal housing defining an opening and a cavity in which the connection portion is disposed. The connection portion is sized, shaped, and arranged within the cavity to be movable along a lateral axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
Terminal block connection assembly with a plurality of independent power connection modules and system for the quick locking/unlocking of the modules on a rail intended to be fastened to a structure, in particular an aircraft structure
Terminal block connection assembly with a plurality of independent power connection modules and system for the quick locking/unlocking of the modules on a rail intended to be fastened to a structure, in particular an aircraft structure. A terminal block connection assembly with a terminal block includes one or more connection modules with a plurality of connection cavities, the individual fastening of which to a support rail that is itself intended to be fastened to a structure is ensured by one or more positioning pieces that are each able to be inserted into and then held in a fastening groove through a single translational movement.
CONNECTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Provided are a connector and a manufacturing method thereof. The connector is configured to dispose on a circuit board including a mounting hole. The connector includes a guide pin module and a conductive cover. The guide pin module is located on one side of the circuit board and includes a base, a metal guide pin, and a glass sealing layer. The base has a perforation hole corresponding to the mounting hole. The metal guide pin is inserted into the perforation hole and the mounting hole. The glass sealing layer is disposed at the perforation hole and wraps around part of the metal guide pin. The conductive cover is disposed at the mounting hole, connected to the top of the metal guide pin, and protrudes from the circuit board. The conductive cover is bonded to the circuit board by soldering to electrically connect the metal guide pin to the circuit board.
Vehicle lighting assembly with lens heating device and receptacle connector assembly for same
A lighting assembly is presented herein. The lighting assembly includes a receptacle terminal having a connection portion defining an aperture configured to receive a corresponding plug terminal along a longitudinal axis and an attachment portion configured to attach the receptacle terminal to a wire, a terminal housing defining a first oval-shaped opening and an oval-shaped cavity in which the connection portion of the receptacle terminal is disposed, and a terminal housing cover defining a second oval-shaped opening attached to the terminal housing, thereby enclosing the connection portion. The connection portion is sized, shaped, and arranged within the cavity to be movable along a lateral axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCKING
An electrical connector provided with at least one male or female plug configured to be connected to a socket. The electrical connector includes at least one locking system provided with a polarized ferromagnetic locking element and with a return element, which are configured to have a first shape corresponding to a locking configuration of the electrical connector that is at least partially complementary to a shape of the connection plug or of the socket when an intensity of a current flowing through the connection plug is higher than or equal to a predetermined value, and a second shape corresponding to a non-locking configuration of the electrical connector when the intensity of the current flowing through the connection plug is lower than the predetermined value, so as to electromechanically lock the connection plug in the socket of the connector.
