Operation method for busbars docking platform
An operation method for busbars docking platform has putting a first busbar and a loading unit in a receiving groove, arranging the first busbar to touch the loading unit, removing the loading unit; loading a connecting rod to the loading unit; putting the loading unit in the receiving groove; triggering the first release member to impact the loading unit; triggering the second release member to retract the action unit; removing the loading unit; putting a second busbar in the receiving groove; putting the first busbar between the action unit and the second busbar; removing the first busbar; putting the first busbar in the receiving groove; triggering the first release member to impact the first busbar; triggering the second release member to retract the action unit; and taking the first busbar and the second busbar out from the receiving groove.
POLLUTION AND TORQUE MEASURING DEVICE FOR BUSBAR ADDITIONAL CONNECTION MODULES
Disclosed is a pollution and torque measuring device for busbar additional connection modules that detects the degree of pollution occurring in the additional connection modules that allow busbar modules to be attached to each other in electrical distribution systems known as busbars and whether the additional is tightened with sufficient torque.
Busway joint connection monitoring system and methods of assembling the same
A power distribution busway joint monitoring sensor assembly is provided. A first sensor is configured to measure a first position temperature and generate a first signal indicative of the first position temperature, wherein the first position is proximate to a busway joint. A second sensor is configured to measure a second position temperature and generate a second signal indicative of the second position temperature. A sensor controller is configured to i) receive the first signal and the second signal, ii) process the first signal and the second signal, and iii) generate a processed first signal and a processed second signal. A system controller is configured to receive the processed first signal and the processed second signal and generate an alert when a temperature differential between the first position temperature and the second position temperature is greater than a predetermined threshold temperature.
Busbar and battery laminate
A busbar includes a plurality of sheets stacked together. The busbar includes: a main body that extends along an axis along which batteries are stacked together; and a plurality of connectors that are each thinner than the main body, and are welded to terminals of the batteries, respectively.
Bus bar assembly with integrated surge arrestor
An apparatus includes a laminated bus bar assembly with first and second bus bars and an intervening insulator layer. A surge arrestor (e.g., a metal oxide varistor) has a body mounted on the bus bar assembly and first and second terminals on first and second opposite sides of the body. In some embodiments, the body may be at least partially disposed in an opening in the first bus bar and the second terminal may be conductively bonded to a surface of the second bus bar that faces the insulator layer. In some embodiments, the second terminal may include a conductive stud passing through an opening in the second bus bar. The apparatus may include a spring clamp attached to the first bus bar and contacting the first side of the body to retain the body.
Busbars docking method and docking platform and operation method thereof
A platform for connecting busbars has a loading unit having a blind hole on a docking surface for receiving a connecting rod, an action unit used for impacting the loading unit or a busbar to push the connecting rod into a pre-hole on the busbar, a limit unit used for stopping the busbar from moving along its length direction, and a support unit used for supporting the action unit and the limit unit. The connecting rod is assembled to the first busbar by the action unit combined the loading unit and then the connecting rod already assembled to the first busbar is assembled to the second busbar by the action unit.
Conveyor system for conveying piece goods with improved electrical connection system
A conveyor system for conveying of piece goods has frame profiles and an energy supply bus disposed along the frame profile. The conveyor system includes a first connection box for electrical connection of a first actuator, and a second connection box for connection of a second actuator, which differs from the first actuator with regard to its nominal voltage. Furthermore, a modular system includes a first connection box and a second connection box of the type. In particular, a voltage converter is disposed in the second connection box, which converter makes available an output alternating voltage of 110 VAC and/or 230 VAC and/or 400 VAC.
Laminated Busbars and Direct Connection of Air Circuit Breakers in Bus Coupler Sections
A coupling element for electrically coupling a lateral connecting portion of a first laminated busbar to a lateral connecting portion of a second laminated busbar, the coupling element having a base body that includes a sandwich of conducting layers of sheet metal and intermediate insulating layers arranged in between the conducting layers for electrically insulating the conducting layers from each other. Each of the conducting layers includes a first layer section that is associated to the lateral connecting portion of the first busbar and a second layer section that is associated to the connecting portion of the second busbar. The first and second layer sections are electrically insulated from each other by an insulating element and each of the first layer sections includes a first circuit breaker connecting terminal that is adapted to be electrically connected to an input terminal of a circuit breaker.
BUS BAR MODULE
An object herein is to provide a bus bar module which is highly reliable in insulation performance, by reducing stresses imposed on its spacer to thereby suppress deterioration in the insulation property thereof. The bus bar module includes: a bus bar having a hole in its parallel planar region and made of an electrically conductive material; a bus bar opposed to the bus bar, having a hole in its parallel planar region and at a position corresponding to the hole, and made of an electrically conductive material; a spacer made of an insulating material, which is sandwiched between the bus bars, and in which a hole is provided so as to overlap with the hole and the hole; and a resin mold covering these bus bars and the spacer; wherein a through-hole that is established by the holes, is filled with a portion of the resin mold.
BATTERY PACK
A battery pack includes battery cells arranged in a first direction, and a busbar assembly coupled to upper portions of the battery cells, the busbar assembly having a busbar electrically connected to the battery cells, a flexible substrate configured to measure a state information of the battery cells, and an insulating film surrounding the busbar and the flexible substrate.
