ELECTRIC MACHINE ASSEMBLY HAVING A ROTOR FRAME TO PROVIDE COOLING
A rotor assembly for use with an electric machine assembly includes a plurality of magnets and a rotor frame having a pair of opposing end plates and a plurality of circumferentially spaced longitudinal members extending between the opposing end plates. The opposing end plates and the plurality of longitudinal members combine to define a plurality of openings that are each configured to receive a magnet of the plurality of magnets. At least one of the opposing end plates includes a plurality of fins extending therefrom in a direction opposite the longitudinal members.
Device for guiding a flex extending from an appliance
A device for guiding a Flex Extending from an Appliance The present application relates to a device 1 for guiding a flex 8 of a garment care appliance that, during use of the appliance 6, hangs downwardly from said appliance. The device comprises a guide tube 4 having a passage therethrough to slideably receive the flex of the garment care appliance, and an attachment part 5 for attachment of the guide tube to a support such that the guide tube is positioned in proximity to, or below, a height at which the appliance is being used. A lower part of the flex that hangs through and below the guide tube maintains an upper part of the flex, extending between the appliance and the guide tube, substantially straight or taut during movement of the appliance towards and away from the device.
Multijoint cable protection and guide device
The invention provides a multijoint cable protection and guide device that steadily protects and guides cables and the like that assume flexed and straight postures. The device includes a flexible belt member in which a plurality of center tubular portions through which cables are inserted and a pair of right and left side tubular portions disposed in parallel along the center tubular portions. The center tubular portions and the pair of right and left side tubular portions are integrally molded. A pair of right and left multijoint supporting members is inserted through side tubular portions of the flexible belt member. The multijoint supporting member is composed of a large number of block bodies that are flexibly connected together by concave-convex fittings.
Power supply device
A power supply device includes a rotation retainer including an inlet horizontally guiding the electrical wire one end of which is connected to the vehicle, and an outlet communicating with the inlet and to draw out upwardly the other end of the electrical wire, the rotation retainer being arranged horizontally pivotally in the slide door to retain the electrical wire movably, a biasing member configured to bias the rotation retainer in a predetermined rotational direction, wherein the electrical wire includes a bending portion to be bent in an L-shape between the inlet and the outlet, and a guide portion to be wired nearer the outlet than the bending portion, and wherein the guide portion is arranged in a natural state in which the guide portion is not twisted, or a twisted state in which restoring force is generated in a same direction as a biasing direction of the biasing member.
Harness system
Harness systems for a mining vehicle are disclosed. One system includes a first harness having a first plurality of wires coupled together and a first length. The system further comprises a second harness having a second plurality of wires coupled together and a second length, wherein at least one of the first plurality of wires is conductively coupled to at least one of the second plurality of wires. The second length spans a distance no greater than the first length. The second harness may be placed in a high risk area, which may be selected based upon at least one of one or more characteristics of the mining vehicle or a location of the high risk area within the mining vehicle.

Power transmission system for long travel distances having a guide channel
A power conducting system has at least one power conducting unit for guiding lines, cables, hoses or the like between a stationary connection area and a moving connection area, with a curved region being formed between a lower run and an upper run, the power conducting unit having segments that are connected together in an articulated manner. Some segments have laterally arranged rollers with different track widths, wherein the rollers roll on guides. The guides have cutouts so that rollers can pass through the guides at each particular deflection point of the power conducting unit. The guides form lateral boundaries of a guide channel for the lower run.
Cable carrier crossover supplying four non-static locations
A method and apparatus for supplying cables to robots at non-static locations. A work platform for supporting one or more humans is positioned above a base platform for supporting one or more are robots independently of the work platform. A cable carrier system for providing cables to the robots is positioned underneath the work platform and above the base platform.
