WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes a first protector disposed in a fixed first link, a second protector disposed in a second link relatively rotatable with respect to the first link, a flexible tubular exterior member, and an electric wire inserted through each of the first protector, the second protector, and the exterior member and routed to the second link. A base of the second link is supported by the first link via a rotating shaft such that the second link is relatively rotatable with respect to the first link centering on the base, the first protector includes a first tubular section opened toward the rotating shaft, and a first end portion of the exterior member is fixed to the first tubular section.

WIRE HARNESS
A harness body is guided to a fixed portion on a side of a slide door by a harness guide tool at an other end portion of a first arm member on a side of a vehicle body and includes a third routing portion having a fixing portion fixed to the fixed portion, a link mechanism includes a second arm member on the side of the slide door coupled to the other end portion of the first arm member via a second rotation shaft, and a harness guide tool guides a third routing portion toward the fixed portion positioned in a direction intersecting an operation plane of the link mechanism with respect to the harness guide tool itself.
WIRE HARNESS
Provided is a harness body that is a wiring component that electrically connects a first electrical connection target installed on a slide door and a second electrical connection target installed on a vehicle body, and is wired along a link mechanism that couples the slide door and the vehicle body and reciprocates the slide door in a sliding direction with respect to the vehicle body; and a harness temporary holding structure at least at one position capable of temporarily holding the harness body assembled to the link mechanism before the link mechanism is assembled to the slide door and the vehicle body.
Adaptive dress pack manager for robotic arm
A dress pack manager for use with a robotic arm having an end-of-arm tool supplied with power or working fluid via a dress pack. A pair of rollers are spaced apart such that the dress pack may pass between them, and such that rotation of the rollers applies friction to the dress pack and causes the dress pack to move. An electric motor rotates one of the rollers in both a forward and backward rotation and is torque-controlled to maintain a constant tension applied to the dress pack by the rollers.
System for position and/or line monitoring in an energy guide chain
A monitoring system for monitoring the condition of and energy guide chain and/or a cable guided in an energy guide chain. Energy guide chains are used for guiding cables, hoses or the like, between abase and a moving end displaceable along a travel path and, in so doing, form a mobile run connected to the moving end, a stationary run with a connection end for the base and a deflection arc between the two runs. A monitoring device with at least one sensing component arranged on the energy guide chain. The monitoring device evaluates a signal generated using the sensing component in order to monitor the occurrence of a fault condition during operation of the energy guide chain. The sensing component includes an electrical indicator conductor guided by the energy guide chain and extending along the greater part of the length of the mobile run. To monitor the condition of a cable and in this case includes two electrical indicator conductors guided by the energy guide chain, the one end of which is connected to the monitoring device and the other end of which is short-circuited.
HYBRID ENERGY GUIDE CHAIN FOR LARGE CANTILEVERED LENGTHS AND IN PARTICULAR A SEPARATING WEB CONFIGURED FOR SAME
An energy guide chain including two plate comprising successive chain plates which respectively partially overlap with each other in overlap regions. A respective side part of plastic is associated with each second chain plate. The chain plates are made from a different material from the side parts and have through apertures in their overlap regions. In its two end regions each side part has a plurality of projections which respectively engage through the overlapping apertures in the associated chain plate and the respectively adjoining chain plate to limit the relative pivotal angle of successive chain plates and/or to connect same. In addition there is proposed a two-part separating web for an energy guide chain, wherein the first part has at least one securing pin and the second part has at least one securing receiving means so that the two parts can be connected and released in a direction perpendicular to the main plane of the separating web.
COMPACT PROTECTIVE CABLE CONDUIT FOR CLEAN ROOM APPLICATIONS AND ENCASING UNIT AND ARRANGEMENT WITH SUPPORT CHAIN FOR SAME
A protective cable conduit for lines in a clean room application, with a flexible encasement which is movable back and forth for routing a line. Each receptacle extends in channel-like fashion from a first end to a second end. The encasement comprises at least one encasing unit, which forms the at least one receptacle for a line. The encasing unit has a first fastening strip on one longitudinal side and a second fastening strip on the other longitudinal side. The first and the second fastening strip are designed for releasable connection by interlocking engagement and/or frictional engagement, for example with a cooperating hook profile and claw profile, and are connectable to one another in a connection direction transverse to the longitudinal direction. A plurality of encasing units can thus be fastened to one another releasably using mating fastening strips by connecting the fastening strips in a connection direction transverse to the longitudinal direction. An arrangement of a protective cable conduit with support chains, wherein each support chain is routed in an associated encasing unit which accommodates only the associated support chain(s), such that this is replaceable separately from lines routed in the encasement.
