Modularized servo case
A modularized servo case includes a hollow first barrel and a hollow second barrel, each of which has a lower opening at a bottom end thereof. The first barrel and the second barrel have a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion disposed on outer surfaces thereof, respectively. The first and second barrels can be combined together by engagement between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. In this way, the different inner components required for the first and second barrels can be separately installed beforehand by modularization, and then the first and second barrels can be assembled. Therefore, the assembly is preferably convenient and the inner components can be assembled simultaneously, thus enhancing the whole production capacity and efficiency and facilitating the disassembly procedure in the later repair and maintenance operation.

The pump motor economically provides for a reliable heat dissipation with an increased heat dissipation capacity, from the printed circuit board into the medium which has to be transported, in the case of a pump motor of an appropriate kind.
PUMP MOTOR WITH COMPONENT MOUNT SUPPORT PLATE
A centrifugal pump motor comprising a permanent magnet rotor, a wound stator that is separated from the permanent magnet rotor by means of a containment shell, a circuit board having a large electronic component electrically connected to it, and a motor housing with a plug connection. The centrifugal pump motor provides a robust design for a generic centrifugal pump motor, so as to prevent damage during installation and operation, as well as additionally ensuring a space-saving and compact arrangement of the electronic components, in order to enable optimal heat dissipation of the electronic components. Furthermore, a simple way of manufacturing is provided.
ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH A PLASTIC HOUSING
The invention relates to an electric motor, in particular a pump motor, comprising a permanent magnet rotor; a wound stator including a stator laminate package, insulating elements and a stator winding; a motor housing made of plastic material; and a component carrying a rotor bearing, in particular a pump head. The electric motor provides a generic motor with a reliable and economically feasible fastening of the stator to the motor housing, wherein heat expansion cracks are avoided and noise transmissions can be reduced.
INSULATING COMPONENT OF MOTOR
To provide an insulating component of a motor formed of a single component capable of ensuring insulating properties. An insulating component (2) forms a motor that comprises a stator (1), a stator housing (4) attached to the stator (1), multiple windings (14) arranged in the stator (1), and a wiring board (3) arranged at one end of the stator (1) in an axis direction of the stator (1) and used for wiring of the windings (14). The insulating component (2) comprises: a first insulating wall (21) arranged between adjacent ones of the windings (14) of different phases and electrically insulating the adjacent windings (14); and a second insulating wall (22) arranged between the windings (14) and the wiring board (3) and electrically insulating the windings (14) and the wiring board (3).
Pump/motor with integrated variator for use in hydraulic systems
A variator includes an epicyclic gear set that has at least three nodes. The variator includes a pumping unit connected to a first node of the epicyclic gear set. The variator includes a clutch connected to a second node of the epicyclic gear set. The clutch is selectively movable between three positions. When in the first position, the clutch allows the second node to freewheel. When in the second position, the clutch connects the second node to a fixed surface. When in the third position, the clutch connects the second node to an electric motor. The variator includes a receiver connected to the third node of the epicyclical gear set. The receiver is configured to receive a drive shaft.
Drive apparatus and robot device
A drive apparatus includes a motor having a drive part that rotates a first shaft member; a transmission part that transmits rotation of the first shaft member to a second shaft member which is different from the first shaft member; a first detection device provided at the first shaft member to detect information regarding rotation of the drive part; a second detection device provided at the second shaft member to detect information regarding rotation of the transmission part; and a prevention part that prevents movement of foreign substance toward a detection part which includes at least one of the first detection device and the second detection device.
Hybrid axle assembly for a motor vehicle
An axle assembly for an electric or hybrid vehicle includes electrically powered drive motors for respectively driving vehicle wheels. The axle assembly preferably includes a dual motor arrangement, wherein two electric motors are arranged end-to-end. Each motor includes an inverter that is directly connected to its respective motor, and includes a gearbox assembly coupled between an output of the motor and a corresponding constant-velocity (CV) joint operatively connected to a wheel. The inboard ends of the motors are secured to opposite faces of a cooling manifold wherein the cooling manifold maintains the motors in axial alignment. The cooling manifold plate is positioned between an inboard end of each of the motor housings, and the cooling manifold plate axially aligns the first and second motors. Further, each motor drives its respective gearbox assembly, which includes a gear reduction and clutch mechanism having a brake band assembly that is selectively operable to disconnect the respective motor from the vehicle wheel associated therewith.
