MOTOR
A motor includes a rotor, a stator, a bearing, a motor housing, a bearing holder, a bus bar assembly, and a circuit board. The bearing holder includes a holder protrusion and a bus bar cover. The bus bar cover is located on a lower surface of the holder protrusion and covers a terminal through hole penetrating the holder protrusion in an axial direction. The bus bar cover includes a cover portion. The cover portion covers lower end portions of a bus bar terminal and a circuit terminal, is tubular, and includes an open upper surface. The cover portion is closer to the motor housing than a tangent line that connects a protruding direction outer end of a lower end of the holder protrusion and a lower end of the motor housing.
POWER GENERATION SYSTEM FOR AN ARTIFICIAL LIFT SYSTEM
A power generation system for an artificial lift system includes an electrical generator configured to output electrical power in response to rotation of a rotor of the electrical generator. The power generation system also includes a polish rod engagement wheel non-rotatably coupled to the rotor of the electrical generator. The polish rod engagement wheel is configured to engage a polish rod of the artificial lift system and to be driven to rotate in response to linear movement of the polish rod.
Vehicle armor materials and systems
Embodiments of the present systems and apparatus may provide vehicle armor materials and systems that generate electricity from impact and blast energy. For example, in an embodiment, a protective apparatus may comprise a layer of armor and a layer comprising a plurality of electrical generating devices abutting the layer of armor and configured so that energy applied to the layer of armor is transferred to the plurality of electrical generating devices causing the plurality of electrical generating device to generate electrical energy.
Method for manufacturing a rotor for an electrical machine with a contactless power transmission system, and rotor, electrical machine and motor vehicle
A method for manufacturing a rotor for an electric machine with a contactless power transmission system, wherein an end winding cover is arranged on one end face of a laminated core of the rotor. The invention provides that a secondary unit (SEC) of the power transmission system is integrated in the end winding cover and, as a result, after the end winding cover has been arranged, the secondary unit (SEC) is held on the rotor indirectly via the end winding cover.
Train rail power generating system and method
Proposed are renewable power generating systems driven by wind or wheel power such as train vehicle power generating systems, which are easily installed on train vehicles of trains, and which generate power without additional carbon emissions to avoid environmental pollution. One or more generator holders to hold one or more generators are installable on a train vehicle chassis. A generator wheel may be configured to touch a rail and may rotate in any direction along the rail. A generator axle may couple one or more generators to the generator wheel. The one or more generators may generate electrical power and produce zero carbon emissions while the generator wheel rotate on the rail. One or more wind turbines may also be coupled to the generator axle to supply power to the one or more generators so that the one or more generators produce zero carbon emissions while the train vehicle is moving.
Electric work vehicle
Provided is an electric work vehicle having a simple configuration, yet allowing a hydraulic cylinder to function appropriately even in a low-temperature environment. An electric work vehicle includes a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder and a third hydraulic cylinder and includes also a hydraulic system for feeding work oil to these hydraulic cylinders and a traveling motor. The hydraulic system includes an oil heating circuit for heating the work oil using heat generated from the traveling motor.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR POWERING A GARMENT
A lawn mower or stand-on powered drivable machine has an electrical port that receives current from an alternator powered by the engine or motor. The port receives a plug from a garment worn by the lawn mower operator. The garment includes one or more thermo-electric elements that are powered from current extending through the port. The thermo-electric (TEC) elements may be resistive heaters to warm the operator or TEC coolers to cool the operator. Furthermore, the garment may include a rechargeable battery that powers the thermo-electric elements when the plug is disconnected from the port.
Motor controller assembly with containment system for capacitor
A motor controller assembly is configured for use with an electric motor and includes a controller and an absorbent pad. The controller includes a capacitor with a capacitor shell and a liquid electrolyte contained therein. The capacitor shell has a frangible rupture area that opens during a capacitor rupture event to permit the discharge of liquid electrolyte from the capacitor shell. The absorbent pad overlies the rupture area to collect discharged liquid electrolyte.
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE PARALLEL HYBRID DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH CONTINUOUS BELT TENSION MODULATION
The disclosure is directed to parallel hybrid drive assemblies for lightweight unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Specifically, the disclosure is directed to hybrid drive assemblies and control systems for UAVs, utilizing continuous belt tension modulation to couple and decouple an electric motor and an internal combustion engine. In some embodiments, this is achieved through the use of a tensioner module that is configured to couple and decouple the electric motor and the internal combustion engine by continuously and selectably modulating belt tension on drive elements of each of the electric motor and the internal combustion engine.
