A stator of an electric motor having a stator core with a plurality of salient stator poles, an insulating cap, a stator winding consisting of a winding wire, and an interconnection unit with a plurality of winding-wire receptacles having an inside, wherein the winding wire is surrounded by a material constituting the winding-wire receptacle and connected and welded thereto on the inside. The stator is of an electric motor which is of a very high quality and precision so that high-current applications are possible. Without any major adjustments, the stator is combinable with different winding connections and is flexibly adaptable to the rest of the motor and possibly to the electronics design. The manufacturing method is capable of being flexibly adapted to different wire diameters.

A method for producing a wire coil. Multiple windings of a ply of the wire coil including an insulated wire are wound onto a coil core of the wire core starting from a first winding up to a last winding. The last winding is hooked in an electrically insulating deflection hook of the wire coil which is fixed with respect to the coil core and the wire is deflected by the deflection hook.
Method of assemblage for a winding group of a bar winding for an electric machine
An assembly for assembling a winding group of a bar winding for an electric machine is provided. The winding group includes a plurality of bar conductors, each bar conductor having a first leg, a second leg and a bridge portion connecting the first leg to the second leg, and being shaped so that the first and second legs are mutually spread by a predetermined distance. The assembly includes an annular fixture delimiting a plurality of slots, each slot receiving at least one portion of either the first leg or the second leg, a guiding device defining an annular containment housing, receiving at least partially the first and second legs of the plurality of legs of the plurality of bar conductors that are housed in the plurality of slots, forming at least one radial containment wall for the first and second legs.
Stator Assembling Method For Motor, Stator Structure For Motor, and Crimp Terminal
A method for assembling a stator structure of a motor comprises providing a stator coil and a stator frame. The stator coil has a wire with an end segment and the stator frame includes a connector and a conductor. The conductor has an open-barrel crimping portion and a temporary holding portion. The method further comprises positioning the end segment of the wire in the crimping portion and a tip end of the end segment in the temporary holding portion. The method further comprises crimping the crimping portion to the end segment of the wire to electrically connect the connector and the end segment of the wire by penetrating an insulating coating of the end segment.
ROTOR HAVING A SQUIRREL CAGE
A rotor of a rotary dynamoelectric machine incudes a magnetically conductive body, having substantially axially running slots distributed around the circumference. A squirrel cage includes electrical conductors which are arranged in the slots. The electrical conductors are electrically contacted at the two end faces of the rotor by short-circuit rings. The magnetically conductive body includes a base body and at least two further additional bodies, which axially adjoin the base body. A first one of the at least two additional bodies directly axially adjoins the end face of the base body, and a second one of the at least two additional bodies and optionally any further additional body axially adjoin the first additional body. The slots have radially exposed slot portions in the axial end regions of the rotor such that the conductors can be moved radially outward.
Motor with integrated junction box
Methods and devices are provided that allow for easy replacement of a motor assembly in a fuel dispensing unit. In one embodiment, a protective end cap for use with a motor assembly is provided and includes a junction box housing having a sealed end that can couple to a motor, and an opposite open end that can couple to an end plate. The junction box housing can be configured to house a junction box that allows electrical wires extending through the end plate to couple to electrical wires extending from the motor through the sealed end of the junction box housing. A motor assembly having a junction box housing and methods for replacing a motor assembly in a fuel dispenser are also provided.

A method for insulating connection ends of a stator winding includes a resin placing step of placing a resin member formed of a thermosetting resin which is to be melted by heating on connection ends in a coil end portion of a stator winding of a rotary electric machine, a melting step of melting the resin member by heating to cover the connection ends with a melted resin, and a curing step of curing the melted resin after the melting step. Recesses and projections for positioning that correspond to the arrangement locations of the connection ends can be provided on a surface of the resin member.

A rotary-electric-machine stator coil includes: a conductor 110 having a bonding portion 104 bonded to other conductors; and a bonding member 401 having a melting point lower than a melting point of the conductor, wherein a tip of the bonding portion has an alloy layer 402 formed of an alloy of the conductor and the bonding member, and a root of the bonding portion is electrically connected by the bonding member.

A processing apparatus for a stator bar of a generator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may allow a worker to safely and easily perform welding on both ends of a plurality of stator bars to be installed in the generator, thereby improving workability.
