An arm is bent in a direction of an arrow A, and another arm positioned at an inner side in the radial direction in relation to this arm is bent in a direction of an arrow B. The arm positioned at the outer side has at least a part of a bending inner side surface of a bent portion hardened by pressurization.
Rotor of an induction machine and a method for assembling a cage winding of the rotor
A rotor of an induction machine includes a rotor core structure and a cage winding. The cage winding includes rotor bars in slots of the rotor core structure and end-rings connected to ends of the rotor bars. The ends of the rotor bars are attached to openings of the end-rings by expansion of the ends of the rotor bars in transverse directions of the rotor bars caused by axial press having been directed to the ends of the rotor bars. The material of the rotor bars is softer than the material of the end-rings. Thus, unwanted shape deformation of the end-rings can be avoided when the ends of the rotor bars are axially pressed. The material of the end-rings can be for example copper alloy with additions of chrome and zirconium, whereas the material of the rotor bars can be for example copper.
Stator winding, generator, and connection method of stator winding conductor
A stator winding includes: a plurality of stator bars and a connection structure. Each of the stator bars penetrates each of the stator slots and includes at least one hollow element wire, wherein inside the at least one hollow element wire a flow hole for a cooling medium is formed. A connection structure includes: a sleeve whose axial one end is fitted to a vicinity of an end of the stator bar; a closing plate disposed at another end of the sleeve; and a hollow extension pipe. The hollow extension pipe is disposed in a space defined by the sleeve and the closing plate at the end of the stator bar, and makes the flow hole of the hollow element wire and an outside of the space communicate each other. A brazing material is filled in the space.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COIL WINDING FOR INSERTION INTO RADIALLY OPEN SLOTS OF STATORS OR ROTORS OF ELECTRICAL MACHINES
The invention relates to a method for producing a coil winding (70) for insertion into radially open slots (82) in a rotor or stator (80) of an electrical machine, wherein the coil winding (70) has a wire pack (60) consisting of a number of wires (32), wherein the wires (32) of the wire pack (60) run parallel to one another and are connected to one another in pairs at one end of the wire pack (60), and wherein the coil winding (70) is formed by a flat winding former which can be rotated about an axis of rotation (26). According to the method, the wire pack (60) is fixed on a winding former (26) and winding heads (42) are produced by displacing fixations of the wire pack (60). The winding shaft (26) can be rotated so that, after carrying out the method, a coil winding (70) is present in the form of a wave winding having wires (32) of the wire pack (60) preconnected in pairs at one end. Such a method allows a particularly space-saving coil winding (70) to be produced, which has a particularly high mechanical stability and requires the least amount of installation space in a rotor or stator (80).
MOTOR MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MOTOR MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a method and system for manufacturing a motor in which noise and current ripple caused by mechanical friction between a brush and a commutator have been reduced. In detail, a motor manufacturing method of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: assembling a shaft, an armature fixed on the shaft to be rotatably arranged, a commutator fixed on the shaft to rotate together with the armature, and a brush contacting a portion of the surface of the commutator; applying a voltage to the brush and rotating the armature and the commutator together through the rotation of the shaft to age the surface of the commutator; and, in a magnetizing device, connecting a case including a magnetized magnet to the assembled shaft, armature, commutator, and brush.
Stator for an electric rotating machine
The invention relates to a stator (8) for an electric rotating machine (2), which stator has a laminated stator core (16) having coil bars (20) and has at least one stator winding head board (24) having an insulating main body (28). In order to reduce the axial length of the stator (8), according to the invention, conducting tracks (26) are integrated into the insulating main body (28), wherein the at least one stator winding head board (24) lies on an end face (23) of the laminated stator core (16) and wherein the conducting tracks (26) are integrally bonded to the coil bars (20).
