Magnetic type rotation transmitting mechanism
A magnetic type rotation transmitting mechanism has a rotating plate made of a magnetic material, and a magnet to which the rotational movement of the rotating plate is transmitted through a magnetic coupling between the magnet and the rotating plate. When the rotating plate is rotated, a plurality of oblique edge portions formed on the outer peripheral edge of the rotating plate rotate while sequentially passing through a magnet-facing area. The oblique edge portions move in the direction of the rotation centerline of the rotating plate, the rotation centerline being perpendicular to the center axis line of the magnet. The magnet is rotated about the center axis line by a magnetic force occurring between the magnet and the oblique edge portions passing through the magnet-facing area. It is possible to realize a small and compact mechanism for extracting rotation.
Pole-piece structure for a magnetic gear
The disclosure provides a pole-piece structure for a magnetic gear, comprising a plurality of laminate plates, wherein each plate comprises one or more apertures and an aperture in each plate aligns with an aperture in an adjacent plate to form one or more channels extending from a first end of the laminate plates to a second, opposite end of the laminate plates, wherein a resin cast is provided within each channel to hold the plurality of laminate plates together.
Magnetic gearboxes including magnetic gears rotatable with sequential magnetic linkage between the magnetic gears
A gearbox is described that includes a magnetic gear irrotationally mounted on one shaft and a set of gears on another shaft, wherein the one gear is in sequential magnetic interaction with the set of gears to alter to rotational speed of either the one gear or the set of gears.

Rotary magnetic transmission structure
A rotary magnetic transmission structure that can achieve stable transmission is provided. Two magnetic members having radial magnetic fields are fixed on each shaft of two parallel shafts A and B; the radial magnetic fields of the two co-axial magnetic members both spread at an angle greater than 60 degrees and less than 90 degrees; using the first magnetic members of each shaft A and B as references, the direction of opening of the angle between the radial magnetic field of the second magnetic member and the radial magnetic field of the co-axial first magnetic member on the same shaft is opposite to that on the other shaft. This structure can obviously reduce the peak effect at the two poles of the magnetic fields of the magnetic members between the two shafts, so that the transmission is stable during non-contact rotary transmission.
Magnetic coupling device for transmitting rotational motions without contact
A device for transmitting rotational motions without contact may include an inner rotor with at least one inner-rotor magnet and an outer rotor with at least one outer-rotor magnet. The inner rotor and the outer rotor are magnetically coupled to one another and rotatable along a rotation direction about a common axis of rotation. The at least one inner-rotor magnet and/or the at least one outer-rotor magnet may have a magnetization that is at least one of diametric, radial, and lateral. The at least one inner-rotor magnet may have a different type of magnetization than the at least one outer-rotor magnet.
