The magnetic device may have a first plurality of magnets positioned at a first radial position and a second plurality of magnets positioned at a second radial position, with the first magnets being rotatable and the second magnets being stationary. Multiple magnetic coupling devices may be coupled together in series to provide increased magnetic fields to the enclosed system.

Any one or more of the motor, coupler, and generator may be a magnetically enhanced device with the use of specially configured permanent magnets to create enhanced magnetic fields. The enhanced magnetic devices increase the power output based on the same power input, and may require less power input to produce the same power output.

Eccentric centrifugal force is a fictitious force that is centrifugal in nature but is focused and directional. It is generated by having the axis of rotation which is off-center or eccentric. The generating device can move three dimensionally and overcome other fictitious forces such as gravity or inertia. The generating device can be attached to other objects causing the other objects to move with the ECF device. Thus for example, an ECF device attached to a vehicle, such as a car, could move a car. Because ECF is three dimensional, an ECF device in a car can allow a car to fly. The ECF generator herein has a hub with a hole in it, a shaft that goes through the hole and a weight on the end of the shaft. The hub is off-centered (eccentric) in a race. The race forces the spindle to slide back and forth through the off-centered hubs thus providing an eccentric centrifugal force.

A rotating magnet electrical power generator. The apparatus may be used with any electrical generator that uses a rotating magnet assembly. A key aspect of the invention is the neutralization of one of the pair of rotating magnets, the neutralization occurring at predetermined intervals. Neutralization is effected by blocking the magnetic field of the stationary magnet using a cam operated metal enclosure or metal plates. The metal field blocker, which is made from mostly iron, is dynamically positioned in accordance with the relative positions of the stationary and rotating magnets. The iron enclosure (or plates) may be connected to a brushless servo or brushless stepper motor to precisely control the switching without a mechanical cam timing. In an alternative embodiment, the magnets are neutralized by stacking a pair of cylindrical magnets end to end, enclosing the magnets at least partially in a field blocking enclosure, and rotating the magnets relative to each other to effect neutralization.
