Device for endovascular aortic repair and method of using the same
An intraluminal vascular prosthesis assembly, having a hollow cylindrical body with a first end and a second end is provided. The assembly includes, at its first end, a first vascular prosthesis portion, and at its second end, a second vascular prosthesis portion which has only a prosthesis material. The vascular prosthesis assembly has a stent portion which is provided between the first vascular prosthesis portion and the second vascular prosthesis portion, the stent portion being free of prosthesis material to allow fluid flow therethrough and received within the aortic arch and spanning the brachiocephalic artery, left common carotid artery, and left subclavian artery when placed within the aortic arch of a patient.
Transcatheter heart valve having paravalvular leakage seal
A transcatheter heart valve includes a paravalvular seal that is configured for transfemoral delivery. The valve includes a frame and the seal is formed from a plurality of outwardly extending fibers.

IMPLANT WITH FIDUCIAL MARKERS
An implant assembly can include a suture, a plurality of bodies, and a plurality of radiopaque markers. The suture can be elongate and flexible. The plurality of bodies can each be made of a flexible non-bioresorbable hydrogel material. Each body of the plurality of bodies can be secured to the suture. The plurality of radiopaque markers can each be located at least partially within one body of the plurality of bodies to together mark a body cavity in a radiographic image of the body cavity following implantation of the implant assembly within in the body cavity.

A transcatheter heart valve includes a paravalvular seal that is configured for transfemoral delivery. The valve includes a frame and the seal is formed from a plurality of outwardly extending fibers.
Implants assembled from skeletal polyhedron unit cells, coiled unit cells or mesh unit cells
Absorbable implants can be used to create volume and shape in soft tissues with regenerated tissue. The implants comprise lattices formed from multiple unit cells. Unit cells can be coils or springs, skeletal polyhedrons, foams, or structures derived from mesh and fiber. The implants may be coated or filled with cells and tissues, and preferably with autologous fat graft. The implants are particularly suitable for use in plastic surgery procedures, for example, to regenerate or augment breast tissue following mastectomy or in mastopexy procedures, and can provide an alternative to the use of permanent breast implants in these procedures.
Devices for in situ formed nerve caps and/or nerve wraps
Disclosed are methods, devices and materials for the in situ formation of a nerve cap and/or a nerve wrap to inhibit neuroma formation following planned or traumatic nerve injury. The method includes the steps of identifying a severed end of a nerve, and positioning the severed end into a cavity defined by a form. A transformable media is introduced into the form cavity to surround the severed end. The media is permitted to undergo a transformation from a first, relatively flowable state to a second, relatively non flowable state to form a protective barrier surrounding the severed end. The media may be a hydrogel, and the transformation may produce a synthetic crosslinked hydrogel protective barrier. The media may include at least one anti-regeneration agent to inhibit nerve regrowth.

Scleral prosthesis for treating presbyopia and other eye disorders and related devices and methods
A scleral prosthesis includes an elongated body having a first free end, a second free end opposite the first free end, a central portion extending between and coupling the ends, and a convex top surface extending lengthwise along at least part of the central portion. A maximum width of the body at each end is wider than a maximum width of the body along the central portion. The scleral prosthesis also includes an insert having a convex top surface extending lengthwise along at least part of the insert. The body includes multiple portions that form the first end and part of the central portion. The portions are separated lengthwise along part of a total length of the body by empty space, which tapers and then expands in width. The insert has a shape complementary to the empty space such that the insert tapers and then expands in width.
