BEDPAN ASSEMBLY
A bedpan assembly comprises a bedpan having a base wall and an enclosing wall extending upwardly from the base wall, the base wall and the enclosing wall defining a receiving volume, and an insert complementarily shaped with a portion of the enclosing wall and engageable with a complementarily-shaped portion of the enclosing wall in an inserted position. The insert comprises an upper wall which, when the insert is in the inserted position, overlies or overhangs the base wall. The separately-formed insert which is engageable with, and receivable in, the receiving volume of the bedpan immediately prior to use facilitates storage of the bedpans prior to use (e.g. they can be stacked together) and reduces the likelihood of spillage when the bedpan assembly is removed for disposal.
Wearable working head for nursing machine
A wearable working head for a nursing machine includes a front wearing part, where the front wearing part includes a toilet recess and a urine hood. The urine hood includes a hood wall and a recess enclosed by the hood wall, where the recess is located at an inner side of the hood wall. The hood wall is provided with at least one air vent communicating the recess to the outside of the hood wall.
BODILY WASTE COLLECTION USING PERIODIC PRESSURE
Examples relate to devices, systems, and methods for collecting bodily waste as well as separating the liquids from the solids in the bodily waste. The devices, systems, and methods disclosed herein utilize a bodily waste separation device having an at least semi-rigid tray, a lid fluidly sealed to the at least semi-rigid tray, an output manifold fluidly sealed to the at least semi-rigid tray, an intake configured to fluidly connect the interior region of the at least semi-rigid tray to a source outside of the separation device, and a filter disposed between the at least semi-rigid tray and the output manifold.

PATIENT SUPPORT APPARATUS
A patient support apparatus is disclosed.
URINE STORAGE CONTAINER HANDLE AND LID ACCESSORIES
Example urine storage assemblies and systems for storing and disposing urine are described. The assembly includes a urine storage container, a lid, and a handle accessory. The lid is secured or securable to an open end of the urine storage container. The lid includes a vacuum port, a urine collection port, a urine disposal port, and a cap secured or securable to the urine disposal port. The handle accessory includes a sleeve and at least one handle. The sleeve is shaped and sized complimentary to at least a portion of the urine storage container.
PORTABLE WASTE RECEPTACLE DEVICE AND PORTABLE APPARATUS
The present invention is a portable waste receptacle device or container, and a portable apparatus having the portable device or container and a portable stand. Further, each of the portable waste receptacle device or container or apparatus may also include a lid. As a non-limiting example, the portable waste receptacle device or container includes a base, a plurality of sidewalls, and an open upper end defining an internal volume. The plurality of sidewalls extends upwardly from the base. Preferably, a pair of opposing sidewalls of the plurality of sidewalls include curved inlets. As a non-limiting example, the portable stand includes at least one leg support, a vertical support, and at least one securement.
Urinal bottle holding apparatus
A urinal bottle holding apparatus includes a mounting hook, a urinal bottle holder, and an attachment mechanism so that a urinal bottle can be safely secured adjacent to a patient. The urinal bottle holder includes a rectangular base, an opening, and a support wall. The opening concentrically traverses through the rectangular base so that the urinal bottle can be inserted and secured. The support wall is terminally connected to a bottom edge of the rectangular base thus delineating a stronger platform to integrate a plurality of holder fastening features of the attachment mechanism. The mounting hook is integrated with a plurality of hook fastening features as the mounting hook is frictionally attached to rectangular base and the support wall through the attachment mechanism.
Bedpan assembly with liner attachments
A bedpan assembly with a portable bedpan housing with a sidewall and a bottom wall surrounded by the sidewall, the sidewall and bottom wall defining an enclosed housing interior cavity and the sidewall having a front end, a rear end, opposing sides, and defining a plurality of enclosed sidewall apertures each respectively disposed proximal to the front end of the sidewall and proximal to each of the opposing sides of the sidewall. The bedpan assembly also includes a plurality of grommets each respectively disposed within one of the plurality of sidewall apertures, retained by the sidewall, and having a plurality of independently flexible flange members defining a plurality of tightly spaced flange member slits, the plurality of independently flexible flange members operably configured to independently flex within the one of the plurality of sidewall apertures and retain a liner within.
PRESSURE ULCER PREVENTION
Methods and systems for bedsore prevention. In accordance with various embodiments, methods and systems use information available from ECG and/or EMG sensor devices to determine whether a patient has performed a qualified movement within a predetermined time period. Upon determining a patient has not performed a qualified movement within the predetermined time period, a notification to that effect may be communicated to a clinical team member.
