Method and apparatus for multiple media output

Certain aspects of an apparatus and method for multiple media output may include a network comprising one or more media rendering devices communicably connected to a media manager. The media manager may be operable to separate a received single media signal into a first channel carrying a first content and a second channel carrying a second content. The media manager may be operable to wirelessly transmit first content via the first channel to a first media rendering device of the one or more media rendering devices and second content via the second channel to a second media rendering device of the one or more media rendering devices.

Methods and apparatus for choreographing movement of individuals for a performance event are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method includes providing a performance event configuration having a plurality of location indicators to assist in the placing or movement of individuals conducting a performance event. The method also includes implementing the real time application that implements a process executable on a wireless audio unit and that synchronously transmits body movement instruction signals to the audio units of an individual that is participating in the performance. The wireless audio unit is preferably a wireless, cellular, or mobile telephone that is configured with the appropriate software to receive the signals and to play audio directions for each individual that correspond to choreographed and coordinated body movements to direct the individuals at, towards or away from the location indicators to carry out the performance event.

Wireless communication system and transmitter

In a wireless communication system, a transmitter that transmits data and a plurality of receivers wirelessly communicate with each other. The transmitter includes a first storage unit that stores first identification information of one of the receivers; a first communication unit that transmits the data; and a switching unit that switches a transmission destination of the data to another receiver having the first identification information stored in the first storage unit. The receiver includes a second storage unit that stores second identification information of a plurality of the transmitters; and a second communication unit that receives the data from the transmitter having the second identification information. Both the transmitter and the receiver store the first identification information and the second identification information to each other.

Apparatuses for playing signals received from the internet or other information highway on one or more speakers are described. The apparatus has a receiver for receiving information from preselected addresses; a processor for interpreting the signals; and at least one speaker for playing signals from the internet. There is at least one holographic projector connected to the receiver for projecting a holographic image received from the internet. The processor selects images that correspond with the signals played by the speaker.

BROADCAST CHANNEL IDENTIFICATION

An apparatus including a memory for associating at least one user defined channel identifier with at least one selection item of the apparatus and a control unit coupled to the memory, the control unit being configured to cause one of the at least one user defined channel identifier to play when a corresponding one of the at least one selection item is activated by a user.

Systems and methods for determining broadcast parameters for a transmission
09553735 · 2017-01-24 · ·

Systems and methods are described for determining broadcast parameters for a transmission. A plurality of broadcast content that comprise a priority level may be received, where each of the plurality of broadcast content may also comprise a timing for broadcasting. For each of the plurality of broadcast content, a number of nodes for broadcasting may be determined based on the priority level and the timing for broadcasting. The plurality of broadcast content may also be ranked based on the timing for broadcasting and the number of nodes for broadcasting. At least one scheduler may be instructed to schedule the plurality of content for broadcasting based on the ranking and the priority level for each of the plurality of broadcast content.
