Collapsible Casket Viewing Barrier
A collapsible casket viewing barrier includes a first transparent shield pivotally connected to a second transparent shield. The transparent shields are disposed within supporting frames that are connected via one or more hinges. Each supporting frame includes attached support legs, which may be telescopically adjustable and include wheels for easy transport. The first supporting frame and the second supporting frame are configured to move between a deployed configuration for use and a collapsed configuration for storage. When deployed during a funeral service, the collapsible casket viewing barrier can be positioned adjacent a casket such that the longer first transparent shield extends lengthwise along the casket while the shorter second transparent shield extends perpendicularly along the upper end of the casket. The casket is shielded in a way that allows individuals to view the deceased while reducing the transmission of germs.
ISOLATION ROOM SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An isolation room system comprising a plurality of walls defining a first chamber; and including an air filtration system that pulls air from within at least the first chamber through a filter.
Containment unit for reducing spread of nasal/oral aerosols
Equipment for reducing spread of aerosol and other droplets in nasal and oral airways is provided. The equipment includes a shield optionally combined with a drape. The equipment limits the spread of aerosol and other droplets from a person's mouth and nose thereby reducing the need to decontaminate the procedure room after a procedure. The equipment also provides additional protection to the care-provider conducting the procedure. Additionally, the containment unit also reduces the exposure of the person to pathogens during the procedure, e.g., to pathogens present in the room where procedure is conducted and/or pathogens from the care provider. The equipment or parts thereof may be for single-use or can be reused after disinfection.
Portable negative-pressure medical/dental procedures and isolation chamber
A portable negative air pressure apparatus for isolating a treatment subject to permit a selected treatment procedure to be performed by a treatment operator. The apparatus comprises an air source connected to a closed chamber for sealable disposition over the head, neck and upper thorax of the treatment subject with the chamber having air ports, in and out. The chamber has rigid clear sides and a plurality of sealed ports, with the ports including sealed armholes for access, and with sealed gloves connected to the sealed armholes. The chamber also has at least one instrument hatch to permit introduction into the chamber of instruments for carrying-out the selected treatment procedure.
CONVERTIBLY PREFABRICATED MODULAR INPATIENT UNIT WITH ENABLING CONTINUOUS RECONFIGURATION AND REDEPLOYMENT
The present invention provides an inpatient unit of modular design, built of recycled materials and environmentally friendly materials, allowing reconfiguration, redeployment and quick assembly, preventing indoor air from leaking, applicable to epidemic prevention and treating special patients, with high structural strength, lower cost and good environmental benefit.

PROTECTIVE BARRIER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A protective barrier system that blocks and prevents infectious aerosols generated by or around a supine patient from escaping into a surrounding environment and reaching and contaminating a healthcare worker treating the patient with a patient interface device. The system includes a flexible, fluid-impervious sheet that covers the patient and blocks and prevents escape of the infectious aerosols into the surrounding environment. The sheet has an aperture that is adapted to enables access to the patient and couple to the interface device without gapping for blocking of the infectious aerosols and operative positioning of the system over and on the patient. A corresponding method is also disclosed.
SHIELDING APPARATUS
A shielding apparatus is provided. The shielding apparatus includes: at least one shielding shell segment, the at least one shielding shell segment constituting a shielding chamber, the shielding chamber being arranged on a periphery of a radiation device and shielding radiation generated by the radiation device. The shielding chamber is arranged on the periphery of the radiation device, and the shielding chamber at least partially shields scattering radiation generated by the radiation device, which can thus reduce the requirements of the radiation device for radiation shielding of a dedicated machine room or get rid of the dependence of the radiotherapy device on a dedicated machine room.
