MODULAR CONFIGURABLE STRUCTURAL UNIT SYSTEM
A modular configurable multi-purpose system is provided. The system comprises at least one unit that has at least one room. The units are configured into at least one section, and arranged end to end or as called for in the application. A support section, having at least one support unit, may be provided for providing space for working, storage and other services for those working in the system. The system may be configured in numerous combinations to adapt to the immediate needs of the situation, and installed indoors and in the external environment. A method of operation of the system is provided.
Medical isolation transport system—MITS
A flexible rapid deployable system that may be used create an isolated space within a medical transport vehicle for use when transporting infected or contaminated patients, including a flexible tent-like liner that creates a room inside the vehicle where both the patient and medical personnel can be isolated and that isolates contaminants within and a filtration system capable of producing the required air flow to maintain a negative pressurized isolated environment, sized to effectively accomplish this for the isolated cubic space.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR IMPROVED CONTAINMENT UNIT
The present invention relates to a portable, self-contained, mobile cleanroom for containment, the cleanroom comprising an inflated sealed structure forming a sealed interior space having a sealable entrance and exit, and may provide a positive or negative-pressure in the interior space. The structure may be supported by air-filled frame members, or by a rigid frame. The cleanroom may find use in manufacturing, including manufacture of high potency chemicals including high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HP API's); disease preparedness; and storage.
Oncology vault structure
A plurality of wall cells rest upon an underlying cementitious foundation and form a perimeter of the vault. Each wall cell has two lateral sides with mating surfaces thereon which are of complementary undulating shape with adjacent lateral surfaces of adjacent wall cells. The wall cells have different thicknesses and widths to provide desirable wall thickness for a different portions of the oncology vault. A door assembly formed of specialized wall cells and with a pivoting door element are also included within the wall. A ceiling is provided above space inboard of the wall cells. This ceiling is formed of separate ceiling slab elements. The slabs are stacked in at least one layer. In one embodiment, multiple layers of slabs are stacked with seams between slabs of each layer offset from each other. In another embodiment, lateral sides of the slabs have a complementary undulating shape.

DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS HAVING NEGATIVE PRESSURE ROOM
Proposed is a diagnostic apparatus including: an anteroom having a first door; a specimen obtainment room having a second door to be closed while the first door is opened after a person designated to be diagnosed enters the anteroom, and a specimen obtainment space where a specimen is obtained from the person; a diagnosis room being kept secluded from an atmosphere of each of the anteroom and the specimen obtainment room; and a negative pressure generator providing a negative pressure in such a manner that pressure in the anteroom is formed above pressure in the specimen obtainment room, wherein a specimen obtainment means for obtaining the specimen from the person in the specimen obtainment room is installed in a direction from the diagnosis room toward the specimen obtainment room, and the specimen obtainment means is sealed from the atmosphere of the specimen obtainment room.
Intubation Protective Enclosure and Method of Use and Disinfecting
The current invention provides an enclosure that can be placed over a patient in order to contain bodily fluids. The device includes a clear plastic sheet that fits snugly over a frame. The sides of the device contain access ports for physicians or their instruments to enter the patient’s area. These ports may be holes or hanging strips of sheet that overlap so that they form a sufficient seal while also allowing easy access to the patient when pushed aside. The bottoms of the sheet may contain weights to hold the sheet down. There is the possibility of including filters or positive/negative air flow ports. The entire device may be disposable. The frame may be solid, or the frame may pop open like an enclosure or umbrella. The device may also have straps that can be tightened underneath the bed or stretcher to secure the entire device in place.
PRIVACY ENCLOSURE FOR PATIENT ON STRETCHER
A privacy enclosure that allows patients on stretchers to conveniently cover their face or torso during transports in public areas, during their stay at a hospital rooms and/or when a stable hospitalized individual is transported on a stretcher or bed from one area to another. The invention provides protection in order to respect and protect the privacy and dignity of patients. This device is intended, but is not limited to, being attached to a stretcher, either by the nursing staff or by the patient himself.
End Cap or Connector for Wheel System and Method
Disclosed is an end cap or connector for a wheel system, the end cap or connector has a cylindrical portion for engagement with one of an extension or a quick release system, the cylindrical portion further including a catch for attachment to the extension; and a cap, extending from said cylindrical portion, said cap having a connector for attaching to a wheel carriage or another extension. Also disclosed is a method which includes the end cap and inserting the end cap into an extension such as a hollow tube or rod; and releasably attaching the end cap to a wheel system.
SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION AGAINST AIRBORNE PATHOGENS IN A SURGICAL ENVIRONMENT
The present invention relates to a system for protecting medical personnel and/or a patient from airborne pathogens in a surgical environment and a method for protecting medical personnel and/or a patient from airborne pathogens in a surgical environment.
