PRESSURIZED ISOLATION UNIT
The present invention is a pressurized isolation unit dimensioned to cover the head and thoraco-abdominal region of a patient. The unit has a filtered pressure system and a flexible abdominal binding cover that wraps around the patient's abdomen.
Two-way negative pressure isolation passage for fever clinics
This invention relates to the technical field of isolation passage for fever clinics, and it discloses a two-way negative pressure isolation passage for fever clinics, comprising an inquiry compartment, a dressing room and a doctor passage compartment, wherein, a negative pressure disinfection compartment is arranged between the inquiry compartment and the dressing room, and a negative pressure buffer compartment is arranged between the dressing room and the doctor passage compartment; the isolation passage also comprises a trash conveying compartment arranged below the outer side wall of the inquiry compartment, the dressing room and the doctor's passage compartment, and a bathroom is also arranged in the dressing room. According to the invention, when the medical trash cans in each compartment in the passage need to be conveyed, medical staff only need to convey the trash cans onto the conveying belt through a trash can treatment airtight door while stay in their own area, the trash cans are disinfected for harmless treatment before being conveyed out by negative pressure conveying, which eliminates the need for cleaners to enter dangerous areas to convey trash cans, making protection effect better.

Suction apparatus
An apparatus may include a first layer that includes a plurality of inlets and a surface feature; a second layer, where the surface feature opposes the second layer; an outlet, and a pattern defined on at least one of the first layer and the second layer, where the pattern defines a suction path from each inlet of the plurality of inlets to the outlet.

Hospital bed shield
A transparent article of manufacture with improved and convenient access ports, light weight, venting, and ready for quick deployment. It may be single-use or reusable (upon proper sanitation). It has a vent for removal of aerosolized bacterial and viruses, and ports for clinicians to insert their hands. The general pyramidal shape promotes air flow to the vent, where aerosolized bacteria and viruses may be safely expelled, and allows for stacking.
PORTABLE NEGATIVE-PRESSURE MEDICAL AND DENTAL ISOLATION CHAMBER AND PROCEDURES OF USE
A portable negative air pressure apparatus for isolating a treatment subject to permit a selected treatment procedure to be performed by a treatment operator. The apparatus comprises an air source connected to a closed chamber for sealable disposition over the head, neck and upper thorax of the treatment subject with the chamber having air ports, in and out. The chamber has rigid clear sides and a plurality of sealed ports, with the ports including sealed armholes for access, and with sealed gloves connected to the sealed armholes. The chamber also has at least one instrument hatch to permit introduction into the chamber of instruments for carrying-out the selected treatment procedure.
Patient Isolation Device
The invention may be embodied as a patient isolation device. The patient isolation device may comprise a cover having a first lower surface having an interior edge and an exterior edge, a second lower surface having an interior edge and an exterior edge, an interior surface extending between the interior edges, and an exterior surface extending between the exterior edges. The interior surface may define a patient space within which a patient may be positioned. The exterior surface may be substantially parallel to the interior surface. One or more extensions may be configured to be disposed between a mattress of a hospital bed, each extending proximate a lower surface of the cover. At least a portion of the interior surface may be arc-shaped and configured to define a patient space within which a patient may be positioned.
Collapsible Casket Viewing Barrier
A collapsible casket viewing barrier includes a first transparent shield pivotally connected to a second transparent shield. The transparent shields are disposed within supporting frames that are connected via one or more hinges. Each supporting frame includes attached support legs, which may be telescopically adjustable and include wheels for easy transport. The first supporting frame and the second supporting frame are configured to move between a deployed configuration for use and a collapsed configuration for storage. When deployed during a funeral service, the collapsible casket viewing barrier can be positioned adjacent a casket such that the longer first transparent shield extends lengthwise along the casket while the shorter second transparent shield extends perpendicularly along the upper end of the casket. The casket is shielded in a way that allows individuals to view the deceased while reducing the transmission of germs.
EMS-PROTECT: PATIENT-BASED REDUCTION OF TRANSMITTING EMERGING CONTAGIONS TENT
A personal protective equipment (PPE) apparatus for patient donning during medical treatment is disclosed. The apparatus includes a portable frame and cover configured to surround the patient and mitigate the spread of airborne pathogens generated by the patient to the healthcare provider and surrounding environment.
