Actionable email documents
A received reply email document enables some action to be effectuated using data included in the email document responsive to field identifiers associated with the data and corresponding to fields of metadata. The associated field identifiers that correspond to known fields of the metadata provide some expectation as to the semantic meaning and/or syntactic constraints of the data to which the field identifiers are associated. In a described implementation, an actionable email documents module creates an email document having blocks that are mapped to fields of metadata. The email document is transmitted to one or more recipients. Each recipient adds data to the blocks so that the data becomes mapped to the fields of the metadata. The recipients return a reply email document having the field-mapped data. Upon receipt, the module can effectuate some action using the field-mapped data responsive to the mappings.
Computer-implemented system and method for delivery of group messages
A computer-implemented system and method for delivering group messages is provided. Users signed on to a discussion group that is associated with a discussion group ID are identified. One of the signed-on users is designated as a moderator. A voice message is received and the discussion group ID is extracted from the voice message. The voice message is provided to the moderator and further provided to the signed-on users in the discussion group upon acceptance of the voice message by the moderator.
Secure system for the synchronized collection and distribution of transactional messages among untrusted geographically distributed users
A method and arrangement for the coordinated, distributed, and linearly ordered collection and publication of event streams (i.e. time series data) includes features that harden it against internal errors, network partitions, data loss/corruption, and adversaries who wish to tamper with or interrupt its operation. Two modes of operation are described, one in which events are processed in aggregate (batching), and another in which updates occur continuously across the system.
Methods, systems, and computer program products for processing a request for a resource in a communication
A computer-implemented method (and non-transitory media) are provided, comprising at least a portion of an instant messaging application that is configured to cooperate with an apparatus, the instant messaging application, when executed, configured to cause a device to: display an instant messaging interface including: a text entry user interface element for receiving entered text, a plurality of user interface elements for generating attachment requests that are valid according to a criterion schema defining at least one of a format or a vocabulary, the plurality of user interface elements including: a first menu item with corresponding first text, and a second menu item with corresponding second text.
Dynamic inclusion thresholds for social network conversations
A social network conversation dynamic inclusion threshold causes a first subset of social network group members of a social network group to be included in a social network conversation earlier than at least one other social network group member. In accordance with the social network conversation dynamic inclusion threshold, social network posts of the social network conversation are distributed to the first subset of social network group members while delaying distribution of the social network posts of the social network conversation to the at least one other social network group member. Upon satisfaction of the social network conversation dynamic inclusion threshold, the social network posts of the social network conversation are distributed to the at least one other social network group member.
DEVICES AND METHODS OF PROVIDING RESPONSE MESSAGE IN THE DEVICES
A device includes a communication unit configured to receive a call request from a calling user; and a control unit configured to control the communication unit to provide a response message including information about a current situation based on information about an application currently being executed to the calling user in response to a rejection regarding the call request.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCTS FOR PROVIDING COMPLIANT MESSAGING SERVICES
Systems, methods and computer program products for providing compliant messaging services are disclosed. Methods according to some embodiments include receiving input data from a campaign sponsor, encrypting at least a portion of the input data, generating a message schedule that includes message content, recipient identification data and temporal data corresponding to a plurality of messages, and sending and/or receiving one of the plurality of messages to and/or from a corresponding recipient.
Reminder views for facilitating draft reminders
Systems, methods, and software disclosed herein facilitate draft reminders. In at least one implementation, a primary view of an information management application is rendered. In various scenarios the primary view may include primary items, such as emails, events, tasks, or other types of items. When a reminder view is invoked, draft items are identified to include in the reminder view. The reminder view is then rendered in an overlaid manner with respect to the primary view and includes the draft items.
Data transmission method, and relevant device and system
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method, a data transmission device and system. The method includes: receiving a picture pushing message from an instant messaging service device, the picture pushing message including a target picture and a source user identification, and the picture pushing message being sent when the instant messaging service device receives a picture sending request from an instant messaging client to a specified public account, the picture sending request including the target picture and the source user identification; based on the source user identification, querying a target electronic photo frame identification having a binding relationship with the source user identification; and based on the target electronic photo frame identification, sending the target picture to an electronic photo frame corresponding to the target electronic photo frame identification.
Electronic mail sender verification
An e-mail server decrypts attachments of an e-mail message with a key associated with a sending device such that failure of the decryption indicates the e-mail message can be harmful. The sending device inserts its device identifier into the e-mail message as a header and uses an encryption key associated with the device identifier and a digital fingerprint of the sending device to encrypt all attachments of the e-mail message. The delivering e-mail server processes the e-mail message. If the e-mail message contains no identifier, if no key is associated with the parsed identifier, or if attempted encryption fails, the e-mail server determines that the e-mail message is potentially harmful and disarms the e-mail message.
