A communication device includes a memory to store a contact list, a communication, and tagged contacts and tagged communication form of the tagged contacts; a processor to receive an incoming communication transmitted to the communication device determine identification information from the incoming communication; and determine if the incoming communication meets a criterion for a third party user of the communication device to view the incoming communication. To determine if the incoming communication meets the criterion, the processor compares the determined identification information from the incoming communication to the tagged communication form of the tagged contacts. If the incoming communication meets the criterion, then the processor displays the incoming communication, and if the incoming communication does not meet the criterion, then the processor does not display the incoming communication.

A mashup system and method for providing contextual insights and notifications regarding a plurality of deployed applications deployed across a plurality of devices is provided. The method includes the steps of retrieving application data of the plurality of deployed applications generated by the plurality of devices, which is stored on a central cloud storage repository, identifying an application data associated with the first deployed application using a pre-defined data mining template corresponding to the first deployed application, and an application data associated with the second deployed application using a pre-defined data mining template corresponding to the second deployed application, and analyzing, the application data associated with the first deployed application and the application data associated with the second deployed application along with a user specific information to provide one or more contextual insights or notifications to the user on a single display associated with the computing system.

A method for communicating location information to a device includes receiving, at a computer system that implements a social networking service, location information that represents a geographic location of a device associated with a first user; associating, by the computer system, the received location information with a profile associated with the first user; and sending, from the computer system to a device associated with a second user, a message that is generated based at least in part on the location information.

An e-mail system is disclosed that overcomes many deficiencies of, but is backward compatible with, existing e-mail systems. The service level agreement can include a maximum response time. The initiating can be associated with a time stamp. The server can be configured to determine a compliance with the service level agreement. The compliance can be computed as a difference between the time stamp and the creation time being less than the maximum response time. The server can be configured to generate a notification of the compliance with the service level agreement.

The addressee entering its telephone number information at the server, which information is communicated to a database associated with the server, the server communicating with the database and with a telephony switch, including sending to the switch instructions which result in the switch originating and managing a public switched telephone network (PSTN) communication between the recipient party and the addressee.
