Digital conversation management

A method for workflow organization can be provided to manage digital conversations. Provisions for such method may be implemented in a system configured for contextually organizing digital conversations and viewing associated content. For each user, a tree of conversations which is specific to the user is constructed, while preserving context shared between users. The workflow management preferably includes provisions for appointments and attachments.

Entity-separated email domain authentication for known and open sign-up domains

An email validation system receives an email validation request from a requestor to validate an email, the email validation request indicating at least a sender domain indicating a domain of the sender of the email. The email validation system determines whether the sender domain is in a whitelist of known domains, wherein a known domain is a domain that is linked to an organization whose provenance is known, such that it can be linked to an identifiable entity in the real world. The email validation system generates, in response to determining that the sender domain is not in the list of known domains, a message indicating that the email is not valid. The email validation system generates, in response to determining that the sender domain is in the list of known domains, the message indicating that the email is valid, and transmits the message to the requestor.

A method includes, subsequent to identification of messages matching a plurality of conversational primitives, analyzing messages in a conversational service to identify the messages matching any of the conversational primitives; responsive to identifying the messages, converting each of the messages into an associated structured form, wherein each message is identified as a specific conversational primitive of the plurality of conversational primitives and the associated structured form is based on the specific conversation primitive; and maintaining all of the messages in their associated structured form.

Systems and methods for automatically identifying spam in social media comments

Systems and methods are described herein for automatically identifying spam in social media comments based on a comparison of the content of a particular comment on a popular or trending post with content of other comments on the same or other popular or trending posts on the same or other social media platforms. Comments associated with each post are compared to determine whether content of a comment associated with one post is similar to, or matches, content associated with another post of a different trending topic. In response to determining that the content of a comment associated with one post is similar to the content of a comment associated with another post, the two comments are identified as spam, and a notification is generated for display to an administrator of the social media platform identifying the two comments as spam.

A client device executes one or more application programs for providing operations with respect to entity-related data that relates to one or more entities. The application programs analyze the entity-related data to identify one or more entities associated with the entity-related data and transmit entity information relating to the entities to a server or database. Information relating to the entity is retrieved from the server or database and is presented to a user of the client device.

In accordance with the obtained social network conversation dynamic inclusion threshold, social network posts of the social network conversation are contemporaneously distributed to the first subset of social network group members and delayed in distribution to the at least one other social network group member. Upon satisfaction of the social network conversation dynamic inclusion threshold, the social network posts of the social network conversation are distributed to the at least one other social network group member.
