Systems and methods for managing service level agreements of support tickets using a chat session
Systems and methods of the present disclosure facilitate managing information technology service level agreements. In some embodiments, the system includes a server that accesses a database storing a support ticket in memory. The support ticket can include a creation time and a service level agreement. The service level agreement can include a maximum response time. The server initiates, via the computer network, responsive to input from a computing device, a chat session associated with the computing device and the support ticket. The initiating can be associated with a time stamp. The server can be configured to determine a compliance with the service level agreement. The compliance can be computed as a difference between the time stamp and the creation time being less than the maximum response time. The server can be configured to generate a notification of the compliance with the service level agreement.

An apparatus may comprise a user interface component operative to display a messaging interface in association with a first user account with a messaging system, the messaging interface comprising a visual indicator for a second user account with the messaging system, the visual indicator comprising a media composition availability indicator, the media composition availability indicator associated with an inclusion of the first user account in a media composition distribution group for the second user account; receive a user selection of the media composition availability indicator in the messaging interface; and display the media composition in response to the user selection of the media composition availability indicator; and a messaging component operative to receive a media composition package associated with the first user account, the media composition package comprising the media composition. An apparatus may comprise a user interface component operative to display a messaging interface in association with a first user account with a messaging system, the messaging interface comprising a visual indicator for a second user account with the messaging system, the visual indicator comprising a media composition availability indicator, the media composition availability indicator associated with an inclusion of the first user account in a media composition distribution group for the second user account; receive a user selection of the media composition availability indicator in the messaging interface; and display the media composition in response to the user selection of the media composition availability indicator; and a messaging component operative to receive a media composition package associated with the first user account, the media composition package comprising the media composition. Systems and methods for messaging patient information in medical system environments
A messaging server may receive message data which may comprise message information. The messaging server may generate one or more messages which may be formatted according to different endpoint protocols. The messaging server may send the messages using the same protocol as the protocol used for formatting the messages.
Sending messages to an unavailable device
An apparatus, system, method, and program product are disclosed for sending messages to an unavailable device. The apparatus includes a status module that determines that a recipient device for a message is unavailable to receive the message. The apparatus includes a message module that sends the message to an intermediate device for storage until the recipient device is available to receive the message in response to determining that the recipient device is unavailable to receive the message. The apparatus includes a notification module that sends a notification to the recipient device that the message is available to access from the intermediate device.
Secure forum facilitator in controlled environment
An forum facilitator device is provided that allows for a controlled environment to provide a secure forum for residents to provide communications to other registered users of the secure forum. The communications are provided through posts made in the secure forum and through other types of communications from the inmate such as but not limited to emails and text messages. The forum facilitator device operates the secure forum and implements rules to control what is posted on the secure forum, who is able to access the secure forum, and what entities are allowed to view and interact with residents of the controlled environment.

In one embodiment, a method includes receiving, in a group conversation in a message thread on a messaging application, a request to access a game from inside the message thread from one or more users of a group of users associated with the message thread; generating an anonymized context identifier (ID) for the message thread; providing the context ID to a game bot associated with the game, the game bot being a software agent configured to act automatically on behalf of the game, the context ID being used by the game bot to interact with the group of users associated with the message thread; and sending, by the game bot using the context ID, instructions for presenting a game window within the message thread on one or more instances of messaging applications running on one or more client systems associated with the one or more users of the group.
Method and system for providing subscribe and unsubscribe recommendations
The present teaching relates to providing a recommendation for subscribing to or unsubscribing from an electronic communication. In one example, actions of a user are obtained with respect to electronic communications of the user. One or more categories of the electronic communications are determined. A state of the user is determined based on the actions and the one or more categories. The state is either a discovery state indicating that the user expresses an interest to receive electronic communications associated with a specific category or a cleaning state indicating that the user lacks an interest in one or more received electronic communications. A subscribe recommendation for subscribing to electronic communications associated with the specific category is provided when the state is determined to be a discovery state. An unsubscribe recommendation for unsubscribing from electronic communications similar to the one or more received electronic communications is provided when the state is determined to be a cleaning state.

The embodiment may include analyzing email metadata of a user to detect an indication of automation. The processor further comprising; an EMS store; a message prescriber; a sentiment vector generator comprising: a parsing module; a coordinate-based sentiment value spectrum comprising one positive to negative-scaled axis and one perpendicular active to passive scaled axis forming a two-dimensional plot of a sentiment value along a positive to negative line (positivity correlate) and an active to passive line (activity correlate). The program executable by the processor and configured to: receive a text input comprising message content from the electronic computing device; parse, at the parsing module, the message content comprised in the text input for emotionally charged language, wherein the parsing module further comprises a semantic layer configured to recognize natural language syntax for conversion into a standardized lexicon; based on the emotionally charged language, plot a sentiment value as a point on the coordinate-based sentiment value spectrum for the text input, wherein the plotted point reflects a two-dimensional sentiment value along the two correlates of positivity and activity for said text input.
