System and method enabling real-time communication rating by predefined conditions connected with rating summary agent application display and the automated sending system
A system and method for real-time polling and rating by a chat end-user (also called visitor) of chat satisfaction based upon predefined scorings displayed in the user interface and then processed to receive analyzed data of satisfaction score displayed in the agent application is disclosed. The scores presented in the dashboard are connected with the automated sending process where the main account administrator may receive digital reports via email.
Path failure information sharing between host devices connected to a storage system
An apparatus comprises a first host device that is configured to deliver input-output (IO) operations to a storage system over selected ones of a plurality of paths. The first host device is configured to obtain an IO operation that targets a logical volume of the storage system and to transmit the obtained IO operation to the storage system along a given path of the plurality of paths. The first host device is further configured to determine that the given path has failed to convey the obtained IO operation to the storage system and to cause information comprising an indication that the given path has failed to convey the obtained IO operation to the storage system to be provided to a second host device that is also configured to communicate with the storage system using the at least a portion of the given path.
BULK MESSAGE DELETION
Systems and methods are provided for deleting messages. The systems and methods include operations for: establishing, by a computing device, a communication session between a plurality of users; receiving a plurality of messages in the communication session; determining that a first message of the plurality of messages has been read by a first user of the plurality of users at a read time; in response to determining that the first message has been read by the first user at the read time, automatically associating the read time with a second of the plurality of messages that precedes the first message in the communication session; and automatically deleting the first and second messages in response to determining that an elapsed time measured from the read time associated with the first and second messages corresponds to a threshold time period.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MANAGING TRANSMISSION OF ELECTRONIC MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Systems, methods, and computer readable storage media for controlling the transmission of electronic messages are provided. Aspects of the disclosure provide a method for controlling electronic transmission of electronic communications generated by authoring services. The method includes receiving a first message from a first authoring service of the plurality of authoring services, the first message comprising at least one recipient and content for at least one electronic communication, adding the first message to a message queue associated with the at least one recipient, determining one or more characteristics associated with the at least one recipient, evaluating the first message using the one or more characteristics to determine a first message state for the first message, in response to determining that the message state indicates the first message is to be transmitted, forwarding the first message to message transmission circuitry, and transmitting the first message to the recipient.
Context preservation
This disclosure describes techniques for performing context preservation related to a conversational user interface of a first user device. The techniques include receiving an inquiry regarding an operational status of a computing resource network and based at least in part on the inquiry, generating a response to the inquiry for display in the conversational user interface. The techniques also include identifying supplemental data as being relevant to the support session, and causing the response to the inquiry and the supplemental data to be displayed concurrently. A data package may be created that represents the support session, including the inquiry, the response, the supplemental data, and an indication that the response and the supplemental data were displayed concurrently. The techniques may include exporting the data package to a second user device for presentation of the support session.
Bulk messaging detection and enforcement
Aspects of the disclosure relate to providing commercial and/or spam messaging detection and enforcement. A computing platform may receive a plurality of text messages from a sender. It may then tokenize the plurality of text messages to yield a plurality of tokens. The computing platform may then match one or more tokens of the plurality of tokens in the plurality of text messages to one or more bulk string tokens. Next, it may detect one or more homoglyphs in the plurality of text messages, and then detect one or more URLs in the plurality of text messages. The computing platform may flag the sender based at least on the one or more matching tokens, the one or more detected homoglyphs, and the one or more detected URLs. Based on flagging the sender, the computing platform may block one or more messages from the sender.
Transmitting near real-time geographic mass messaging requests
Systems and methods for transmitting near real-time geographic mass messaging requests. One example method includes receiving a geographic mass messaging request via a transceiver, the geographic mass messaging request including a message, a geographic reference, and a requesting agency identifier, and having at least one request characteristic. The method includes assigning, with an electronic processor, a priority to the geographic mass messaging request based on an electronically stored alerting authority policy and at least one selected from the group consisting of the requesting agency identifier, the geographic reference, and the at least one request characteristic. The method includes, responsive to determining that the priority does not meet a priority threshold, transmitting one of a request denied message and a request modification proposal via the transceiver to the requesting agency.
Method and system of intelligently providing responses for a user in the user's absence
A method and system for responding to a message directed to a recipient includes receiving the message including a query from a sender, receiving an indication that the recipient is unavailable to respond to the query, and providing the query to as an input to a machine-learning (ML) model to identify information requested in the query. The method further includes obtaining the information requested as an output from the ML model, determining if access to the information requested is available to the sender, based on a confidentiality group to which the sender belongs with respect to the information requested, upon determining that access to the information requested is available, generating a response to the query that includes the information requested, and providing the response to the sender. The confidentiality group to which the sender belongs may be determined based on a degree of association between the sender and the information requested.
Voice-based discount offers
Methods and systems for providing voice-based discount offers are provided. An example method includes sensing, by an acoustic sensor, an ambient acoustic signal; determining, by one or more processors communicatively coupled to a user device and the acoustic sensor, that the user device has played a question prompting a user to select an item from a plurality of items; in response to the determination, analyzing, by the one or more processors, the ambient acoustic signal to determine that the user has selected the item; and sending, by the one or more processors and via the user device, a message including the selected item to a remote computing system. The remote computing system is configured to select, based on the selected item, an offer from a plurality of offers and send the offer to the user device.
