A method for managing cloud service providers (CSPs) includes obtaining, by a CSP management service, CSP user information corresponding to a plurality of users, initiating access to user content in at least a CSP of the CSPs using the CSP user information, after obtaining the CSP user information: obtaining, from a meeting preparation service, a content provide request, wherein the content provide request corresponds to a meeting, in response to the content provide request: obtaining access links to each data object of the user content that corresponds to the meeting, and providing dashboard-ready information to the meeting preparation service, wherein the dashboard-ready information comprises the access links.

The system also includes a mailbox server programmed to provide the mailbox and receive a set of electronic messages addressed to the mailbox address. The system also includes a secure channel to communicate with an application on the mobile device. The secure channel is secured using the mobile number. The system server is further programmed to extract content from the set of electronic messages to obtain extracted content and transmit the extracted content to the application via the secure channel.

Provided is a method for chatting messages by topic based on subscription channel reference in a server. The method may include: receiving a message transmission request from a first user terminal corresponding to a first user to a second user terminal corresponding to a second user; extracting a subscription channel to be referred to by parsing the received message; reading a corresponding client handler with reference to a subscription channel stored in a subscription channel storage; and transmitting a message to the first and second user terminals through the read client handler.

A communication system and method receive messages from mobile systems that may identify sets of data files stored onboard the mobile systems and used for communication with an off-board vehicle control system. Priorities of the mobile system may be assigned based on abilities of the mobile systems to communicate with the control system and/or ownership of the mobile systems. A decision is made as to whether any mobile systems having existing communication threads have a lower priority than another mobile system. An existing communication thread may be assigned to the higher priority mobile system by pre-empting the existing communication thread. An update to one or more of the data files may be communicated via the communication thread that is re-assigned.

A phone appliance and method of use are provided where the phone appliance can be used to make VoIP communications calls. In a preferred embodiment, the phone appliance includes an RF connection for connecting to a computer or other computing device for facilitating the placement of the VoIP communications calls. In an exemplary system, the phone appliance is used to transmit to a control center information related to the user of the phone appliance, such as interests and buying habits, and queries for receiving additional information for various advertised products and services. The control center transmits the queries to the appropriate vendors for providing the user with additional information. Other functions and features are provided to the phone appliance, such as being able to download e-mail messages stored within or received by the computer.

A method for communicating location information to a device includes receiving, at a computer system that implements a social networking service, location information that represents a geographic location of a device associated with a first user; associating, by the computer system, the received location information with a profile associated with the first user; and sending, from the computer system to a device associated with a second user, a message that is generated based at least in part on the location information.
