Authentication apparatus and method
An interface element connected to a device and a security die-chip are fabricated in a single package. The security die-chip may provide a security authentication function to the interface element that does not have the security authentication function. The security die-chip may include a physically unclonable function (PUF) to provide a private key, and a hardware security module to perform encryption and decryption using the private key.
GENERATING AND PRESENTING USER INSIGHTS IN ASSOCIATION WITH USER-TO-USER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Disclosed are systems, methods, and devices for presenting customer insights in association with an electronic customer relationship management tool. A graphical user interface (GUI) is presented to a user. The GUI has a first region having GUI elements of the customer relationship management tool, and a second region having GUI elements for presenting at least one customer insight, the second region displayed when the first region is displayed and proximate to the first region. Upon receiving an identifier identifying a particular customer, at least one machine-learning derived insight relevant to the identified customer is displaying to the user in the second region when receiving user input signals via the GUI elements of the first region.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR PUSHING A MESSAGE
Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for pushing a message. An exemplary method can include receiving a pushed message; extracting message contents and identification information contained in the pushed message; and determining a target application corresponding to each piece of the identification information, and sending the message contents to each corresponding target application.
Autonomous assistant for mobile and stationary environments
An automated assistant system and method provide proactive and anticipatory services for the user of the system including providing customized as well as autonomous services using a mobile access device or operating on and through a network.
SELECTIVELY ENABLING FEATURES BASED ON RULES
Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system and method for performing operations comprising providing to a client device, a messaging application comprising multiple features; accessing a configuration rule that associates a device property rule with a feature; determining at a first point in time, that a property of the client device matches the device property rule associated with the configuration rule; in response to determining that the property of the client device matches the device property rule associated with the configuration rule, enabling the feature on the client device at the first point in time; receiving an updated property of the client device at a second point in time; and in response to determining that the updated property of the client device fails to match the device property rule associated with the configuration rule at the second point in time, disabling the feature on the client device.
System and method for re-authentication of asynchronous messaging
A system and method are presented for the re-authentication of asynchronous messaging, specifically within enterprise to consumer communications. A third-party enterprise messaging server may be used as a conduit for a messaging service allowing for customer interaction with a business. The messaging server can append a re-authentication process for customers once a customer has been authenticated by the enterprise. Each time a customer resumes an interaction exceeding a timeout threshold, the messaging server invokes its re-authentication process. Lapsed interactions may be treated as continuous without having the customer re-authenticate through the enterprise specific authentication.
RULE-BASED CONTROL OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES
A system for facilitating rule-based control of a communication device may receive a set of desired device parameters at a VFP configured in the system. The set of desired device parameters may be received from a VFD engine configured in the communication device. The set of desired device parameters may be processed at the VFP. Based on the set of desired device parameters, a plurality of rules may be generated through a rule engine configured in the VFP. The plurality of rules may be generated for the respective one or more profiles. The processor may facilitate rule-based control to the communication device by the user. The rule-based control may be facilitated through the VFP. The rule-based control may be based on the plurality of rules for the respective one or more profiles associated with respective secondary layered environment.
Targeted notification of content availability to a mobile device
A system includes a first computing device client associated with a first user in a community of users operable to send content to publish to a data aggregation server. The data aggregation server is operable to receive the content to publish from the first computing device client, host a first user profile associated with the first user of the first computing device client, the first user profile identifying a targeted recipient in the community of users, and disseminate automatically the content received from the first computing device client to a second computing device client associated with the targeted recipient, without receiving input from the first computing device client explicitly specifying the targeted recipient to whom the content is disseminated.
SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL SHARING OF DIGITAL CONTENT
Sharing confidential content among devices of participants of digital conversations, the content is provided as an attachment to elements of the digital conversations: registering two or more of the participants; on the devices comprising the attachment: receiving, from the registered participants, a selection of at least one attachment; designating the attachment of the selection as confidential by setting a flag associated with the attachment ON, wherein the attachment to elements is confidential when the flag is set ON, and is not confidential when the flag is set OFF, and displaying a place holder of the attachment; on any of the devices comprising the attachment designated as confidential: authenticating the registered participants; receiving a request to view the content of the attachment designated as confidential from any of the participants; and displaying, without encoding and/or decoding, the content of the attachment designated as confidential only to the authenticated registered participants.
Electronic tool and methods for meetings
An electronic meeting tool and method for communicating arbitrary media content from users at a meeting comprises a node configuration means adapted to operate a display node of a communications network, the display node being coupled to a first display. The node configuration means is adapted to receive user selected arbitrary media content and to control display of the user selected arbitrary media content on the first display. A peripheral device adapted to communicate the user selected arbitrary media content via the communications network is a connection unit comprising a connector adapted to couple to a port of a processing device having a second display, a memory and an operating system, and a transmitter. A program is adapted to obtain user selected arbitrary media content, said program leaving a zero footprint on termination. The user may trigger a transfer of said user selected arbitrary media content to said transmitter.
