Certain embodiments enable application message delivery to be automatically guaranteed for all failover scenarios through use of a novel infrastructure layer that supports high availability (HA) messaging. The High Availability Application Messaging Layer (HAML) can guarantee delivery of application messages whether a failover occurs at one or both of the source and the intended destination of the message. The HAML may transmit messages to one intended destination, as unicast messaging, or to multiple intended destinations, as multicast messaging. In some embodiments, the HAML may be HA aware, which refers to the awareness of the HAML of the redundancy for all processing entities within a network device to ensure hitless failover at the network device. By moving support for HA messaging from individual applications to the HAML, as a common infrastructure layer across the processing entities, the individual applications do not need to implement additional software to explicitly support HA messaging.

The current disclosure is directed towards systems and methods for automatically distributing an event comprising a plurality of key-value pairs, to a plurality of event subscribers, based on the plurality of key-value pairs satisfying one or more Boolean filters uniquely corresponding to one or more of the event subscribers, which may enable an increase in event distribution efficiency. In one example, this may increase event distribution efficiency by enabling a reduction in data exposure, as an event subscriber may receive only those events which satisfy a Boolean filter defined by the subscriber, and registered with the event conduit, and therefore, broadcast of events to uninterested subscribers may be reduced. Subscribers may specify interest in as broad, or as narrow a range of events as they wish, and thereby a more efficient match between subscriber interest and which events are distributed to that user may be enabled.

The processor may analyze, using natural language processing, a set of previous message written by the composer. The processor may identify, based on the analyzing, writing habits of the composer. The processor may also identify a difference between the writing style of the content and the writing habits of the composer. The processor may display a notification of the difference to the user.

A method for saving chat records of instant messaging (IM) includes when an instant message transmitted or received by an IM chat window comprises non-text information, acquiring a content summary of the non-text information, and saving the instant message, and saving the non-text information as a data object comprising the non-text information and the content summary of the non-text information.

Systems, methods, and software disclosed herein facilitate draft reminders. In at least one implementation, a primary view of an information management application is rendered. In various scenarios the primary view may include primary items, such as emails, events, tasks, or other types of items. When a reminder view is invoked, draft items are identified to include in the reminder view. The reminder view is then rendered in an overlaid manner with respect to the primary view and includes the draft items.

An example method includes receiving a digital document that has textual information, utilizing one or more forms natural language processing of the digital document, based on the nature of the digital document, to ascertain a hierarchical structure of the plain textual information, and determine topics within the plain textual information, generating a tree structure based on relationships between topics of the plain textual information, wherein the topics are arranged into the tree structure, and generating a virtual conversation interface that receives queries and presents responses to the queries using the tree structure.
