A system is presented that includes secure push-to-talk voice functionality. Using encryption, authentication, user filtering, and integration with new and existing LMR systems, a secure voice platform ensures malicious software, unauthorized access and brute force security attacks will not compromise the voice communications of the system. The VoIP system is engineered to ensure graceful system degradation in the event of maintenance activities, natural disasters and failure modes. The hardened VoIP system offers the functions a LMR trunking system while utilizing broadband connections. Private calls, group calls, Emergency Alarms with covert monitoring capability, scanning and priority scanning may be incorporated into the system. The system includes a VoIP-controller that serves as a trunking controller, manages available VoIP-based conference bridges, and assigns them as needed to the parties involved in each voice call. The system includes multiple fallback methods that may be prioritized based on pre-failure analytics.

A graphical user interface (GUI) is presented to a user. The GUI has a first region having GUI elements of the customer relationship management tool, and a second region having GUI elements for presenting at least one customer insight, the second region displayed when the first region is displayed and proximate to the first region. Upon receiving an identifier identifying a particular customer, at least one machine-learning derived insight relevant to the identified customer is displaying to the user in the second region when receiving user input signals via the GUI elements of the first region.

Systems, methods, and devices for a cyberphysical (IoT) software application development platform based upon a model driven architecture and derivative IoT SaaS applications are disclosed herein. The system may include concentrators to receive and forward time-series data from sensors or smart devices. The system may include message decoders to receive messages comprising the time-series data and storing the messages on message queues. The system may include a persistence component to store the time-series data in a key-value store and store the relational data in a relational database. The system may include a data services component to implement a type layer over data stores. The system may also include a processing component to access and process data in the data stores via the type layer, the processing component comprising a batch processing component and an iterative processing component.
Joint communication sessions
Online communication sessions may be joined in an environment that includes receiving a first communication between a first user and a second user and enabling the rendering of the first communication at devices associated with the first and second users. A second communication between the first user and a third user is received and the rendering of the second communication at devices associated with the first and third users is enabled. After receiving the first and second communications, a trigger to join at least the communication sessions associated with the first, second, and third users is received from the first, second, or third user. Information structured and arranged to render, in a single window, text associated with the first and second communications at the devices associated with the first, second, and third users is generated.
