METHOD AND DEVICE FOR UPDATING COEFFICIENT VECTOR OF FINITE IMPULSE RESPONSE FILTER
A method and a device for updating a coefficient vector of a finite impulse response filter are provided. The update method includes: obtaining an updated step-size diagonal matrix for a coefficient vector of the FIR filter; and obtaining an updated coefficient vector of the FIR filter based on the updated step-size diagonal matrix.
Distributed simulcast architecture
A system and method for providing communication in a distributed LMR system architecture is provided herein, wherein the system includes a plurality of LMR subsystems interconnected by a data network. In some embodiments, a subsystem may include a distributed simulcast architecture comprising a plurality of LMR sites, each site having a subsystem controller and a plurality of repeaters. In one embodiment, one subsystem controller operates in an active mode and the remaining subsystem controllers operate in standby to provide redundancy. The repeaters include integrated voter comparator and simulcast controller functionality and circuitry. In some embodiments, the repeaters are operable in an active or standby mode, wherein repeaters in the active mode perform voter comparator and simulcast controller functionality. The distributed simulcast architecture provides simulcast controller and voter comparator redundancy, network failure redundancy, and site redundancy.
Intercom system and data transfer method in said system
An intercom system for use in a housing complex constituted by dwelling buildings is provided in which each of the dwelling buildings is provided with a dwelling parent device installed in each dwelling, a collective foyer device with which a calling operation may be performed for calling the dwelling parent devices, and a building control unit configured to communicatively interconnect the dwelling parent device in each dwelling of the host building and the collective foyer device via an intercom line, the collective foyer device includes a storage unit in which terminal information of the collective foyer device is stored, the collective foyer device or the building control unit is capable of performing communication with an external device connected to an external network, and data on the external network is transferred to the collective foyer device or the building control unit by using the external device as a communication medium.
Delivering content during a hold
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for delivering content to a client device placed on hold. A communication system establishes a communication session between a client device placed on hold and a content delivery service, during which the content delivery service streams content to the client device via the established communication session. The communication session between the client device that initiated the hold and the client devices that are placed on hold is terminated, thereby allowing the client device that initiated the hold to establish communication sessions other client devices if so desired. A unique identifier generated to reference the hold is provided to the client device that initiated the hold, which the client device may then use to reference the hold to execute a desired action, such as ending the hold, terminating the communication session, retrieving a status of the hold, etc.
NURSE CALL SYSTEM
A nurse call system includes a nurse call slave device, a nurse call master device, a plate slave device, a bedside monitor, a corridor light, a control unit, and nurse mobile phones. The nurse call slave device is provided for each bed in a hospital room for allowing a hospitalized patient to call a nurse. The nurse call master device is provided at a nurse station for answering a call from the nurse call slave device. The plate slave device, the corridor light, or the control unit has an automatic answering unit for automatically answering a call from the nurse call slave device, and causes the automatic answering unit to automatically answer at least a part of calls from the nurse call slave device without calling the nurse call master device and the nurse mobile phones.
Elevator system
An elevator system is provided, in which when a telephone in an information center receives an emergency call using an analogue public telephone network from an interphone of an elevator, a monitoring person in the information center can confirm information of the elevator which transmits the emergency call while responding to the emergency call by the telephone. To this end, the elevator system includes: means configured to add, as an identification voice signal, identification information to a call voice signal input to an intercom provided inside each of cars of elevators, the identification information enabling the elevator in which the intercom is installed to be specified; means configured to transmit, with an analog signal, the call voice signal to which the identification voice signal is added; means configured to reproduce the call voice signal included in the transmitted analog signal; means configured to extract the identification information from the identification voice signal included in the transmitted analog signal; and a monitoring terminal configured to acquire, from a server configured to store information on the elevator specified by the identification information in association with the identification information, information on the elevator associated with the identification information extracted from the identification voice signal and to display the acquired information.
Supported extended emergency information type
In some examples, a wireless device receives, from a wireless access network node, an indication of a supported extended emergency information (EEI) type supported by a wireless local area network (WLAN). The supported EEI type is selected from among a plurality of different EEI types. The wireless device sends a message relating to an emergency call, the message including EEI data according to the supported EEI type.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator system is provided, in which when a telephone in an information center receives an emergency call using an analogue public telephone network from an interphone of an elevator, a monitoring person in the information center can confirm information of the elevator which transmits the emergency call while responding to the emergency call by the telephone. To this end, the elevator system includes: means configured to add, as an identification voice signal, identification information to a call voice signal input to an intercom provided inside each of cars of elevators, the identification information enabling the elevator in which the intercom is installed to be specified; means configured to transmit, with an analog signal, the call voice signal to which the identification voice signal is added; means configured to reproduce the call voice signal included in the transmitted analog signal; means configured to extract the identification information from the identification voice signal included in the transmitted analog signal; and a monitoring terminal configured to acquire, from a server configured to store information on the elevator specified by the identification information in association with the identification information, information on the elevator associated with the identification information extracted from the identification voice signal and to display the acquired information.
Method and apparatus for sending and receiving voice of browser, and voice intercom system
A method and apparatus for voice transmission and reception by a browser and a voice intercom system are provided. The method for voice transmission by a browser includes: collecting first voice data through a built-in audio collection interface of the browser (S101); obtaining a first voice sampling parameter that can be utilized by a target device (S102) to process voice data; sampling the first voice data based on the first voice sampling parameter to obtain target voice data (S103); and transmitting the target voice data to the target device (S104). The method enables a browser to have a function of voice intercom without using a plug-in.
Terminal device, and intercom system provided with terminal device
A terminal device configured to communicate with room parent devices installed in respective rooms is equipped with an input unit enabling input of a dweller name as a call manipulation for calling a room parent device; a storage unit stored with a call table in which a room number, a dweller name, and room parent device identification information assigned to each of the room parent devices are correlated; and a control unit determining a call target room parent device based on an input content of the call manipulation and the call table and performing call control for calling the determined room parent device. In adding a new dweller name for an existing room number to the call table stored in the storage unit, the control unit automatically registers, as room parent device identification information of the new dweller name, the room parent device identification information assigned to the room number.
