One of the notified roles is a P2P Group Owner and the other one is a P2P Client, and the communication based on Wi-Fi Direct can be performed between the first other communication device and the second other communication device based on the notifications.

The audio data is decoded into a command. A software program that the command was provided for is determined. At least one process is executed at the computer in response to the command. A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes the steps of: transmitting “UE assistance information” to a radio base station (eNB) by a mobile station (UE), the “UE assistance information” prompting the radio base station (eNB) to change a parameter for the mobile station UE used in the radio base station; notifying, by the radio base station (eNB), the mobile station (UE) of a transmission-prohibited period of the “UE assistance information”; and stopping, by the mobile station (UE), retransmission of the “UE assistance information” on the basis of the transmission-prohibited period.

A method of adapting quotas for a shared resource in a network includes: retrieving, at a charging server, a usage level and a time period for each of a plurality of communication sessions associated with the shared resource, the communication sessions corresponding to respective client devices connected to the network; determining, at the charging server, whether the shared resource can support each of the communication sessions for the corresponding retrieved usage level and time period; when the determination is negative, determining a common reduced time period for each of the communication sessions at the charging server; and at the charging server, when the reduced time period exceeds a predefined threshold, allocating quotas to each of the communication sessions from the shared resource based on the usage levels and the reduced time period.

The video bearer for a video over wireless local area network call of the user device may be established without ViLTE data usage metering in response to the user device having a WLAN connection type. However, the video bearer for a ViLTE call may be established with ViLTE data usage metering in response to the user device having a LTE connection type.
