The charging device includes a charging receiving terminal, a voltage adjusting circuit and a central control module. The charging receiving terminal is configured to receive an alternating current. The voltage adjusting circuit includes a first rectifier, a switch unit, a transformer and a second rectifier. The first rectifier is configured to rectify the alternating current and output a first voltage. The switch unit is configured to modulate the first voltage to output a modulated first voltage. The transformer is configured to output a second voltage according to the modulated first voltage. The second rectifier is configured to rectify the second voltage to output a third voltage. The voltage adjusting circuit applies the third voltage to a battery directly.

The remote cabinet includes a circuit for receiving the power input from each subscriber and then distributing the power, required by the DSLAM load, equally among the subscribers.

In embodiments of the present disclosure, after a mobile terminal recognizes a type of a power adapter, the mobile terminal transmits indication information to the power adapter. The indication information is configured to indicate that the mobile terminal has recognized the type of the power adapter and instruct the power adapter to activate a quick charging process. The power adapter then negotiates with the mobile terminal via the quick charging process to determine charging parameters, and charges a battery of the mobile terminal in a multi-stage constant current mode.
