MEMS line scanner and silicon photomultiplier based pixel camera for low light large dynamic range eye imaging
A light sensing circuit includes a photomultiplier in electrical communication with an array of capacitors or resistors. Each capacitor or resistor in the array having an associated switch and having a capacitance or resistance different from every other capacitor or resistor in the array. Each switch has an open state and a closed state, thus enabling each capacitor or resistor to be placed in electrical communication with the photomultiplier or be isolated from the photomultiplier. The switchable array may be in electrical communication with an analog to digital converter (ADC) or a transimpedance amplifier (TIA). The switchable array allows the ADC or TIA to be sensitive to low value signals and operate at a large dynamic range and operate at a fast rate.
LENS DEVICE, IMAGING DEVICE, AND FOCUS SHIFT CORRECTION METHOD OF LENS DEVICE
Provided are a lens device capable of preventing a focus shift of an imaging optical system due to heat without reducing a degree of freedom of design, an imaging device comprising the same, and a focus shift correction method of a lens device. A lens device 100 includes an imaging optical system 20 that includes a plurality of lenses, a lens barrel 10 that accommodates the imaging optical system 20, a temperature sensor 30 that is provided outside the lens barrel 10 to detect a temperature of the lens barrel 10, a temperature sensor 50 that is provided outside the lens barrel 10 to detect a temperature of a member 40 of which a temperature characteristic indicating a temperature change with a time change is different from a temperature characteristic of the lens barrel 10, and a focus correction unit 60 that corrects a focus shift of the imaging optical system 20 by controlling a relay lens 25 as a correction lens included in the imaging optical system 20 based on temperature information items respectively detected by the temperature sensor 30 and the temperature sensor 50.
Switching circuit and switching method for video signal
The present invention discloses a video signal switching circuit and switching method. The switching circuit includes: a regulating circuit connected to a first cable and configured to regulate the first cable to be in a pull-up state or a released state; a detection circuit connected to the first cable and configured to detect a first voltage value on the first cable when the first cable is in the pull-up state or detect a second voltage value on the first cable when the first cable is in the released state; and a controller configured to determine a change in the first voltage value or the second voltage value from the detection circuit, wherein the controller controls a second cable to transmit the video signal when determining that the second voltage value increases, or the controller controls the first cable to transmit the video signal when determining that the first voltage value decreases. The present invention solves the technical problem that the video signal cannot be switched adaptively due to the need of manually switching signal levels in the prior art.
Transmission apparatus, transmission method, encoding apparatus, encoding method, reception apparatus, and reception method
A transmission apparatus includes a transmission unit. The transmission unit transmits a packet including divided image data as payload data, the divided image data being obtained by dividing image data having a predetermined frame frequency into a predetermined number of frames, the image data having the predetermined frame frequency being subjected to mixing processing for each frame, image data of a previous frame and/or a subsequent frame being selectively used in the mixing processing, and further transmits metadata including information regarding the mixing processing in association with image data of each frame.
System and method for aggregating and providing audio and visual presentations via a computer network
A method for providing content via a computer network and computing device, which may include: storing data associated with and indicative of a plurality of presentations; receiving a request to host an audio presentation; receiving and storing data associated with the requested audio presentation; initiating and recording one or more telephone calls; and, presenting at least a portion of the stored data for selection by the computing device; wherein, selection causes the stored data indicative of the selected audio/visual or audio presentation to be provided to the computing device for playback thereby via the computer network. The method may include storing data associated with and indicative of a first plurality of presentations; storing data associated with a plurality of second presentation feeds: automatically and periodically accessing each of the feeds; and aggregating each of the presentations for delivery via the computer network.
