Television receiver and electronic device

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes: a housing configured to house an electronic component; a first housing member comprising a first wall; a second housing member comprising a second wall overlapping the first wall with a gap therebetween; a first connecting structure configured to fix the first wall and the second wall; a second connecting structure positioned closer to an end of the first wall or the second wall than the first connecting structure and configured to connect the first wall and the second wall with play between the first wall and the second wall.

Tilt head, camera stage, multi-post monitor mount and camera stabilizer encompassing the same

The invention includes a payload stage with tilt head, a monitor mount and a payload plate clamping mechanism, individually, and incorporated into a camera stabilizer. The tilt head provides a curved and a straight slot each having a pivot pin disposed therein. The pivot pins are at a fixed distance from one another and thus the stage tilts as the pivot progresses with respect to the straight slot. The monitor mount provides inserts to accommodate central posts of different sizes, each designed to be axially registered to the posts and the monitor mount.

Wearable electronic device

In one embodiment, a device includes a device body that includes a touch-sensitive display and a processor. The device also includes a band coupled to the device body and an optical sensor in or on the band. The optical sensor faces outward from the band and captures images. The processor communicates with the optical sensor to process captured images.

Provided is a speaker device including a cabinet whose direction is changed in accordance with an installation state, and capable of detecting the direction of the device based on received optical signals. The speaker device can be installed in a state in which the speaker device is placed on a rack such that a receiving unit faces a listening position, and a state in which the speaker device is hung on a wall such that a receiving unit faces the listening position. Voltage converting units are configured to convert photocurrents output by light receiving elements according to received light amounts of an infrared ray from an infrared remote controller to voltage signals to output the signals to a controller. The controller compares amplitudes of the voltage signals to each other, thereby detecting a state (direction) of the speaker device.
