The cap-side interface is configured to enable viewing of the adapter-side interface and/or an input operation to the adapter-side interface from outside of the working machine, in a state in which the communication adapter is accommodated in the adapter housing portion and the opening is closed with the cap.
Electronic converter unit for retrofitting to an external part of a housing of a pump unit
An electronic converter unit for retrofitting to an external part of a housing of a pump unit is described. The housing comprises a light source for emitting light to display an operating status of the pump unit. The electronic converter unit comprises: a photo detector for measuring light emitted from the light source of the pump unit, a converter unit for converting optical signals to electrical signals, and transmitting means for wirelessly transmitting the electrical signals to an external communication unit.
Analysis of smart meter data based on frequency content
Analysis of smart meter and/or similar data based on frequency content is disclosed. In various embodiments, for each of a plurality of resource consumption nodes a time series data including for each of a series of observation times a corresponding resource consumption data associated with that observation time is received. At least a portion of the time series data, for each of at least a subset of the plurality of resource consumption nodes, is transformed into a frequency domain. A feature set based at least in part on the resource consumption data as transformed into the frequency domain is used to detect that resource consumption data associated with a particular resource consumption node is anomalous.
METERING SYSTEM RESPONSE BASED ON INCIDENT-RELATED NOTIFICATION FROM THIRD PARTY SYSTEM
A metering device and method for assessing an incident detected by a safety monitoring system at a physical site at which the metering device is located, the method including: receiving at the metering device sensor layout information for safety monitoring system sensors, receiving a notification from the safety monitoring system including sensor data, determining an incident type and severity index(es) based on the sensor layout information and the sensor data, evaluating the severity index(es) against predetermined criteria, and taking an action based on the evaluation. The sensor data may include sensor identification as well as smoke intensities, temperatures, water pressure, and/or flood levels, etc., reported by the sensors. The actions taken may include disconnecting flow at the metering device, sending an instruction message to other metering device(s) to disconnect flow, and/or sending an alarm message to a device associated with a utility provider associated with the metering device.
Remote monitoring of analyte measurements
Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for remote monitoring. In some example implementations, there is provided a method. The method may include receiving, at a remote monitor, a notification message representative of an event detected, by a server, from analyte sensor data obtained from a receiver monitoring an analyte state of a host; presenting, at the remote monitor, the notification message to activate the remote monitor, wherein the remote monitor is configured by the server to receive the notification message to augment the receiver monitoring of the analyte state of the host; accessing, by the remote monitor, the server, in response to the presenting of the notification message; and receiving, in response to the accessing, information including at least the analyte sensor data. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.
Communication system for a vehicle and method for communicating
The invention relates to a communication system for a vehicle, which device includes a sensor device, wherein the sensor device is arranged to capture sensor data when the sensor device moves. A receiving device receives reference data from an external management system and a processing device determines a difference between the captured sensor data and the corresponding reference data, wherein the determined difference between the captured sensor and the corresponding reference data is transmitted to the external management system.
Automatic inspection system and automatic inspection method
An automatic inspection system, which includes a wireless slave device having a reading device that acquires a physical quantity to be inspected and a wireless master device that receives measurement data of the physical quantity from the wireless slave device, is provided with a data collection device that collects the measurement data from the wireless slave device via the wireless master device in a constant cycle and detects a time zone in which the measurement data is non-acquirable by the reading device based on a result of the collection. The wireless master device performs control to avoid the wireless slave device from re-acquisition of the measurement data in the non-acquirable time zone based on a result of the detection of the non-acquirable time zone.
METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR MONITORING A QUANTITY RELATED TO AN ASSET
A method for automatically electronically associating vessel identity information of a vessel with an unassociated telemetric device, the unassociated telemetric device comprising a processor and being configured to detect and transmit quantity or usage data and being configured with a location sensing device, wherein the unassociated telemetric device is configured to communicate with a remote server, the method comprising the steps of: the remote server receiving the vessel identity information comprising a deployment location for the unassociated telemetric device; the unassociated telemetric device operating in accordance with an automatic action rule; in response to the unassociated telemetric device operating in accordance with the automatic action rule, the processor receiving location information of the unassociated telemetric device from the location sensing device; the unassociated telemetric device transmitting the location information; the remote server receiving the location information; the remote server correlating the location information with the vessel identity information when resolving that the location information represents that the unassociated telemetric device is within a proximity to the deployment location, and the remote server automatically electronically associating the unassociated telemetric device with the vessel identity information, resulting in the unassociated telemetric device becoming an associated telemetric device, so that when the associated telemetric device generates quantity or usage information, the quantity or usage information transmitted by the associated telemetric device is applied to a data store of the remote server related to the vessel identity information.
Communication adapter attachment device and working machine
A communication adapter attachment device in one aspect of the present disclosure is provided in a working machine, and includes an adapter housing portion, a cap, and a cap-side interface. The cap-side interface is configured to enable viewing of the adapter-side interface and/or an input operation to the adapter-side interface from outside of the working machine, in a state in which the communication adapter is accommodated in the adapter housing portion and the opening is closed with the cap.
