Sensor having deformable film portion and magnetic portion and electronic device
According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a supporter, a first film portion, a first sensing element, and a first magnetic portion. The first film portion is supported by the supporter, is deformable, and includes a first fixed end extending along a first fixed end direction. A first sensing element is fixed to the first film portion, and includes a first magnetic layer, a first opposing magnetic layer provided between the first magnetic layer and the first film portion, and a first intermediate layer provided between the first magnetic layer and the first opposing magnetic layer. A direction from the first opposing magnetic layer toward the first magnetic layer is aligned with a first element direction. The first magnetic portion includes a first end portion extending along a first end portion direction tilted with respect to the first fixed end direction, and overlaps a portion of the supporter.
AUDIO TRANSDUCERS
The invention relates to audio transducers, such as loudspeaker, microphones and the like, and includes improvements in or relating to: audio transducer diaphragm structures and assemblies, audio transducer mounting systems; audio transducer diaphragm suspension systems, personal audio devices incorporating the same and any combination thereof. The embodiments of the invention include linear action and rotational action transducers. For both types of transducer, rigid and composite diaphragm constructions and unsupported diaphragm periphery designs are described. Systems and methods for mounting the transducer to a housing, such as an enclosure or baffle are also described. Furthermore, hinge systems including: rigid contact hinge systems and flexible hinge systems are also disclosed for various rotational action transducer embodiments. Various applications and implementations are described and envisaged for the audio transducer embodiments including, for example, personal audio devices such as headphones, earphones and the like.

SPEAKER
The present invention provides a speaker, which includes a basket, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system includes a magnetic frame, the magnetic frame and the basket define an accommodating space for accommodating the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The magnetic frame includes a magnetic frame bottom wall, a magnetic frame side wall extending from an outer side of the magnetic frame bottom wall towards the basket, and an extended portion extending from the magnetic frame side wall towards an outer side, the extended portion is provided with a plurality of protrusions formed by a semi-shearing process and protruding towards the basket, and an opening hole which is clamped and fixed with the protrusion is provided in a bottom wall of the basket. The speaker of the present disclosure has advantages of a stable structure size and suitability for accurate locating.
SPEAKER
The present invention provides a speaker, which includes a basket, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system includes a magnetic frame, the magnetic frame and the basket define an accommodating space for accommodating the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The magnetic frame includes a magnetic frame bottom wall, a magnetic frame side wall extending from an outer side of the magnetic frame bottom wall towards the basket, and an extended portion extending from the magnetic frame side wall towards an outer side, the extended portion is provided with a plurality of protrusions formed by a semi-shearing process and protruding towards the basket, and an opening hole which is clamped and fixed with the protrusion is provided in a bottom wall of the basket. The speaker of the present disclosure has advantages of a stable structure size and suitability for accurate locating.
Sound Generator
A sound generator is provided by the present disclosure. The sound generator includes a frame; a magnetic circuit system fixed by the frame; and a vibration system carried by the frame. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed below the diaphragm for driving the diaphragm to vibrate. The voice coil includes a pair of parallel long axis edges, a pair of parallel short axis edges connected with ends of the long axis edges. The diaphragm includes a through hole formed corresponding to the long shaft edge of the voice coil, and a glue part filled in the through hole for connecting the long shaft edge of the voice coil with the diaphragm.
Sound Generator
A sound generator is provided by the present disclosure. The sound generator includes a frame; a magnetic circuit system fixed by the frame; and a vibration system carried by the frame. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed below the diaphragm for driving the diaphragm to vibrate. The voice coil includes a pair of parallel long axis edges, a pair of parallel short axis edges connected with ends of the long axis edges. The diaphragm includes a through hole formed corresponding to the long shaft edge of the voice coil, and a glue part filled in the through hole for connecting the long shaft edge of the voice coil with the diaphragm.

The fixing part includes a first fixing portion sandwiched between the first connecting wall and the third connecting wall and a second fixing part sandwiched between the second connecting wall and the fourth connecting wall. By virtue of the configuration, the speaker is provided with better waterproof performance and higher sensitivity.

SPEAKER
The present invention discloses a speaker, which includes a basket, a vibration system fixed to the basket, and a magnetic circuit system arranged in the basket. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm fixed to the basket and a second diaphragm oppositely separated from the first diaphragm, the magnetic circuit system includes an upper clamping plate fixed to the basket, and the upper clamping plate is disposed separately from the second diaphragm. The upper clamping plate includes a fixing portion fixed to the basket, the upper clamping plate is provided with a step recessed towards the first diaphragm from one side of the upper clamping plate facing away from the first diaphragm, and the step is connected with the fixing portion.
