Method for Ensuring Data Localization on an Ad Hoc Moving Data Network
The present disclosure provides methods operable in a balloon network. The method can include determining that a balloon is at a location associated with a legally-defined geographic area. An area profile of the legally-defined geographic area may identify geographically-restricted data that must not be removed from the legally-defined geographic area. The method can also include determining that the balloon contains at least some of the geographically-restricted data. The method can also include determining that the balloon is likely to move out of the legally-defined geographic area. The method can also include removing the geographically-restricted data from the memory of the balloon.
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING LOCATION INFORMATION
The disclosed apparatus, systems, and methods relate to a location query mechanism that can efficiently determine whether a target entity is located within a region of interest (ROI). At a high level, the location query mechanism can be configured to represent a ROI using one or more polygons. The location query mechanism can, in turn, divide (e.g., Jesse Hate) the one or more polygons into sub-polygons. Subsequently, the location query mechanism can use the sub-polygons to build an index system that can efficiently determine whether a particular location is within any of the sub-polygons. Therefore, when a computing device queries whether a particular location is within the region of interest, the location query mechanism can use the index system to determine whether the particular location is within any of the sub-polygons.
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR GROUPING DATA RECORDS
The present application relates to apparatus, systems, and methods for grouping data records based on entities referenced by the data records. The disclosed grouping mechanism can include determining a pair-wise similarity between a large number of data records, and clustering a subset of the data records based on their pair-wise similarity.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RADIO COMMUNICATION
The embodiments of the present application provide a wireless communication method and a wireless communication device. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, information to be transmitted in a first time unit according to a transmission parameter of at least one downlink physical channel and a transmission parameter a first uplink channel, wherein an uplink channel for transmission of ACK/NACK information corresponding to the at least one downlink physical channel and the first uplink channel are overlapped in the first time unit.

Methods and apparatuses for graphically indicating station efficiency and pseudo-dynamic error vector magnitude information for a network of wireless stations
Methods and apparatuses providing a visual metric of the efficiency of a network of devices communicating through a wireless access point (AP). These apparatuses and methods may also determine and display pseudo-dynamic error vector magnitude (EVM) information for a network of wireless stations, including displaying a pseudo-dynamic constellation diagrams using EVM information. These methods and apparatuses may transmit a plurality of sounding packets from each of one or more radio devices different modulation types (e.g., BPSK, QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM and 1024QAM), and receiving at least some of the sounding packets at a second radio device (e.g., an access point) and determining EVM information from the received sounding packets, and displaying (or providing for display) a constellation diagram including pseudo-dynamic EVM information that is a constrained approximation of actual EVM information.

TV whitespace relay for public safety
A method and system for establishing a Television Whitespace (TVWS) relay for public safety is presented. The method and system utilize a multi Radio Access Technology (multi-RAT) base station and a TVWS relay in communication with the multi-RAT base station. The TVWS relay provides a backhaul channel to an IP network in a public safety environment.
