The method includes: the terminal device determining first uplink control information and a first uplink channel to be transmitted to a network device in a first time unit, wherein the first uplink channel is used for carrying other information than the first uplink control information, and a time domain resource for transmitting the first uplink channel comprises at least part of time domain resources for transmitting the first uplink control information; and the terminal device determining a channel and/or information to be transmitted in the first time unit according to a transmission parameter corresponding to the first uplink control information and a transmission parameter of the first uplink channel.

An apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving a signal based on a mobility coverage class are provided. The method includes the operations of receiving, from a base station, information for estimating mobility and information for determining whether to return to a first mode, determining whether the terminal has mobility based on the information for estimating mobility, entering a second mode in which a predetermined coverage class is switched to the mobility coverage class when it is determined that the terminal has mobility, transmitting, to the base station, a second mode indicator indicating entry into the second mode, selecting one of coverage classes of the base station as the mobility coverage class, and transmitting and receiving a signal using a resource allocated to the selected mobility coverage class.

A processor is coupled to the network interface and is configured to generate a network connectivity map based on varying cellular network connectivity metrics for the geographical area, and generate, based on the user-selected optimized connectivity route prompt, the navigation instructions between the two geo-locations to be provided to the at least one mobile communications device via said network interface. The navigation instructions are generated based on the network connectivity map to provide a single route that is optimized to include areas with strong cellular network connectivity metric values.

A method for detecting coverage problems is provided. The method includes receiving, at data processing hardware, from at least one user equipment (UE), observations. Each observation includes a signal measurement of a signal emitted from a base station and a corresponding location of the signal measurement. The method also includes generating, by the data processing hardware, a coverage map for the base station based on the received observations, the coverage map indicating a signal characteristic of the emitted signal about the base station. The method further includes determining, by the data processing hardware, an estimated characteristic of the base station by feeding the coverage map into a neural network configured to output the estimated characteristic of the base station.

The wireless node may identify a second set of partitioned resources available for at least one of access communications or backhaul communications. The second set partitioned into a plurality of subsets each allocated for use by selected subsets of one or more of the wireless nodes of the wireless backhaul communications network.
