Fluid Filter
A fluid filter may include a filter housing in which a ring filter element is arranged and an electric heating device configured to prevent freezing of a fluid to be filtered. The electric heating device may be structured as a separate assembly and include a heating housing. The heating housing may be structured substantially complementarily to an external geometry of the filter housing such that the heating device is at least one of slidable and clipable onto the filter housing. The heating housing may at least partially enclose the filter housing when at least one of slid and clipped onto the filter housing.
Plasma processing apparatus and method for processing object
A plasma processing apparatus includes a processing chamber including a sidewall; a mounting table including a lower electrode and provided in the processing chamber; an upper electrode arranged to face the lower electrode in a first direction; a high frequency power supply configured to apply a high frequency power for plasma generation to the upper electrode; a gas supply system for supplying a processing gas into the processing chamber; and a grounding unit connected to a ground potential. A first space is defined between the mounting table and the sidewall. A second space is defined between the upper electrode and the lower electrode. The grounding unit is configured to move independently from the upper electrode in the first direction in a third space which extends to the first space in the first direction and also to the second space in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
Film-type heating element
The invention relates to a heating element comprising a substrate (1) equipped with a thin-film multilayer, the thin-film multilayer comprising a film (3) suited to being heated, this film having a sheet resistance of between 20 and 200 /square, the heating element also comprising two conductive collectors suited to being fed with electrical voltage, the film suited to being heated being a transparent electrically conductive oxide film and the film (3) suited to being heated not being machined and being electrically connected to the two conductive collectors, the film (3) suited to being heated having a thickness of between 50 nm and 300 nm. The invention allows a heating element, with a film suited to being heated that is simple to manufacture, to be easily installed in an electric vehicle or easily connected to the national grid.
Automatic device for the automated conduct of analyses, notably medical analyses
Automatic device for the automated conduct of analyses, notably medical analyses, including: 43. a storage zone for bottles, 44. an automated sampling system for selectively sampling the content of a bottle among those present in the storage zone, 45. a loading zone for introducing a new bottle into the automatic device, 46. an unloading zone for collecting a bottle previously present in the storage zone, 47. a bottle conveyor and storage system, configured selectively and individually to transport a bottle from a location in the storage zone to the unloading zone or from the loading zone to a location in the storage zone.
Capsule-type heater device
A capsule-type heater device is provided. According to the present invention, a heating means is made from silicon carbide such that the durability thereof can be improved compared with a heating means made from metals, and a heating means is arranged inside a pair of ceramic cases so as to improve heat exchange efficiency of a thermal medium including air, which passes through the ceramic cases, thereby maximizing energy efficiency.
Multi-layer plate device
A method for the joining of ceramic pieces with a hermetically sealed joint comprising brazing a continuous layer of joining material between the two pieces. The wetting and flow of the joining material is controlled by the selection of the joining material, the joining temperature, the time at temperature, the joining atmosphere, and other factors. The ceramic pieces may be aluminum nitride and the pieces may be brazed with an aluminum alloy under controlled atmosphere. The joint material is adapted to later withstand both the environments within a process chamber during substrate processing, and the oxygenated atmosphere which may be seen within the shaft of a heater or electrostatic chuck.

Conductive convective climate controlled seat
A climate controlled assembly includes a support member having a first surface configured to support an occupant, a channel within the support, the channel extending from the first surface through a portion of the support, a thermoelectric device positioned within the channel, a heat exchanger conductively coupled to a first side of the thermoelectric device, the heat exchanger positioned within the channel and a flexible conductive member conductively coupled to a second side of the thermoelectric device, a portion of the flexible conductive member extending along the first surface of the support member.
Vibrating Cooking System
A cooking system that utilizes vibration to improve the convenience of preparing food and the quality of the finished product. The system uses a vibrating device coupled to a cooking vessel with a pad and/or isolation blocks disposed between the vibrator and the vessel. The cooking system can be adapted to prepare specific foods in specific quantities, such as popcorn in pre-packaged containers.
Radiation dose detector with embedded optical fibers
An embedded optical fiber radiation dose detector, includes: a first optical fiber probe, wherein a first end of the first optical fiber probe is connected to a first light intensity detector, and a second end of the first optical fiber probe is a detecting end, wherein a first fluorescent material is embedded in a terminal of the detecting end of the first optical fiber probe. Advantages are as follows: the optical fiber probes of the present invention have an embedded structure, wherein an optical fiber probe, whose core is hollow inside, is produced with a micro processing technology, and the fluorescent material is embedded therein, so as to significantly improve an efficiency of coupling radiation-generated fluorescent signals into the cores of the optical fibers, and significantly decreases a size of an optical fiber sensor.
