Control device, control device system, runway flash lighting device control system, program, and recording medium
A control device includes: a control signal transmitter transmitting a signal to a controlled device; a control signal receiver receiving a signal from the controlled device; a control signal generator generating a control signal of 2 bytes or more in one transmission cycle, in which an address is assigned to each byte, is ON/OFF switchable, and includes a main signal address and a collation signal address; and a control signal controller that, when the main and collation signal addresses are the same address, turns the collation signal address ON when the main signal address is ON and turns the collation signal address OFF when the main signal address is OFF, and when the main and collation signal addresses are inverted, turns the collation signal address OFF when the main signal address is ON and turns the collation signal address ON when the main signal address is OFF.
REMOTE LOAD CONTROL DEVICE CAPABLE OF ORIENTATION DETECTION
A remote control device is provided that is configured for use in a load control system that includes one or more electrical loads. The remote control device includes a mounting structure and a control unit, and the control unit is configured to be attached to the mounting structure in a plurality of different orientations. The control unit includes a user interface, an orientation sensing circuit, and a communication circuit. The control unit is configured to determine an orientation of the control unit via the orientation sensing circuit. The control unit is also configured to translate a user input from the user interface into control data to control an electrical load of the load control system based on the orientation of the control unit and/or provide a visual indication of an amount of power delivered to the electrical load based on the orientation of the control unit.

ADAPTABLE RECHARGING AND LIGHTING STATION AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
The present invention includes self-contained, rechargeable power systems for areas having unreliable electrical grids or no electrical grid at all, and methods related thereto. The system may include one or more solar panels of various sizes to provide an off-grid power generation source, battery receivers for receiving batteries of various chemistries, and a control circuitry that is operable to detect the voltage and/or current output of the batteries that are installed in the system to determine their specific battery chemistry and then adjust the charge algorithm of the batteries to optimize both the charge capacity and the cycle life of the batteries. The control circuitry may also be operable to switch configurations of the solar panels and/or the batteries to optimize performance of the system. The system may be operable to power one or more light emitters and/or external electronic devices connected through the system by a charge port.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR THE STIMULATION OF BIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS IN AN ORGANISM
The present disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for inducing a desired biological response in an organism through the use of one or more repetitive signals from one or a series of LED lights designed to emit the signal with multiple pulsed components. Each component of the signal contains a one or more light color spectrum or wavelength that is within 50 nm of the peak absorption of a photon receptor of the organism corresponding to the desired biological response. Each component has a repetitive ON duration with an OFF duration and an intensity where the relationship between the ON duration and OFF duration of the first component and the second component induces the desired response in the organism through the stimulation or excitation of a molecule associated with a photoreceptor and the reset of the molecule.
LIGHT SOCKET SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
A light socket surveillance system can be used to enable a first party to communicate with a second party. The light socket surveillance system can be used to detect an audible notification from the first party. In response to detecting the audible notification from the first party, the light socket surveillance system can initiate a communication session with a remote computing device of the second party.
