ROUND BALER WITH PRE-CUTTER AND CROP DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
A baler includes a housing forming a baling chamber. The baling chamber has an inlet that defines an inlet width perpendicular to a central longitudinal axis of the baler. A pre-cutter is disposed forward of the inlet along the central longitudinal axis and includes a cutter width perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. The cutter width is substantially less than the inlet width. A crop distributor is disposed between the pre-cutter and the inlet and conveys the crop material from the pre-cutter to the inlet. A pick-up head is disposed forward of the pre-cutter and lifts the crop material from the ground and conveys it to the pre-cutter.
Gripper, implement and method
A gripper for an implement for handling bales includes a body having at least one support arm, at least one tine coupled to the body, and a cutting device. The at least one tine protrudes in a direction beyond the cutting device in at least one region.
HAY BALE FEEDER
A hay bale feeder is described. Embodiments of the hay bale feeder include a frame, one or more bale support members, and a pair of spaced apart drum assemblies. The hay bale feeder can be implemented to shred a square hay bale. The hay bale feeder can typically be attached to a tractor or other vehicle. The pair of spaced apart drum assemblies can include a pair of drums having protrusions that are adapted to shred a square hay bale as the square hay bale is gravity fed to the pair of drum assemblies.
Hay bale spike and method of supporting a hay bale
Disclosed are hay bale spikes for tractors used to carry hay bales. A hay bale carrying system includes a frame attachable to a tractor. The frame includes a first spike rigidly connected and a second spike movably attached parallel to the first spike, where the second spike is movable to a position that is not parallel to the first spike. An opening in the frame may position a pin to matingly accept the second spike that includes a lever arm on the opposite side of the pin from the spike. The lever arm may include a connector near its end connectable to a hydraulic cylinder such that expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder provides leverage through the pin to the second spike to move the second spike from a first parallel position relative to the first spike to a second non-parallel position.

Agricultural dump cart
An agricultural dump cart including a frame, ground conveyance devices carrying the frame, a dump bed, a dumping mechanism and at least one live wall mechanism. The dump bed is coupled to and carried by the frame, and the dump bed has a non-dumping position and a dumping position. The dumping mechanism is connected to the dump bed, and is configured to move the dump bed between the non-dumping position and the dumping position. The at least one live wall mechanism is operatively located along a side of the dump bed, and is generally horizontal when the dump bed is in the dumping position.
Agricultural windrow chute with rolling edge
An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis; a header carried by the chassis and configured to cut crop material; a chopper carried by the chassis downstream of the header; and a windrow assembly carried by the chassis downstream of the chopper. The windrow assembly includes a windrow chute defining a leading edge downstream from the chopper and a trailing edge downstream from the leading edge; and a roller associated with the leading edge to form an active leading edge of the windrow chute during rotation.
Self-leveling front-end loader having a double boom with a dogleg bend of 105 to 135 degrees including an extension powered by hydraulic cylinders
A self-leveling front-end loader for attachment to a tractor. The self-leveling front-end loader includes a support structure configured to be attached to the tractor, and two extendable booms, each boom including a proximal leg, a distal leg, and a self-leveling hydraulic linkage configured to maintain the tilt angle of an accessory, such as a bucket. Each extendable boom has a boom extension hydraulic cylinder for extending the boom by up to 2 to 4 feet, a lift hydraulic cylinder to lift each boom, a self-leveling hydraulic cylinder, and a tilt hydraulic cylinder to tilt the accessory. The extendable booms enhance the capability of the front-end loader to position payload higher and farther than a standard front end loader, while preserving the stability and lifting capacity of the front-end loader. The booms have a traditional dogleg bend of 105 to 135 degrees, providing the two booms a wide range of motion.
Hay Hugger Apparatus
A hugger apparatus for lifting a load generally includes a plurality of arms including a first arm and a second arm respectively attached to a first plate and a second plate. An offset hydraulic arrangement is provided, which includes first and second hydraulic bars. The offset hydraulic arrangement connects to and engages the first plate and second plate so as to respectively move the first and second arms into extended or retracted positions for engaging with and lifting and moving a load.
METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR THE ELECTRIFICATION OF A FIELD CHOPPER
A method for electrification of a field chopper comprising the steps of: providing a cable drum and a winding drive on the field chopper, the cable drum and winding drive allowing at least one of the winding and unwinding of an energy supply line about the cable drum; providing a cable arm on the field chopper, the cable arm configured to adjust in at least one of an orientation and extension length to provide guided winding or unwinding of the energy supply line along a field surface; providing a pivotable ejection chute on the field chopper, the ejection chute extending beyond the cable arm and configured to transfer a chopped harvested material onto a transport vehicle driving alongside the field chopper; unwinding the energy supply line while along a first processing strip from the cable drum using the winding drive and cable arm; and winding the energy supply while along a second processing strip about the cable drum using the winding drive and the cable.
