The massaging component and the peristaltic pump can operate independently. The massage carriage includes comprises a percussive massage assembly comprising a motor, a reciprocating shaft coupled to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor, and a reciprocating massage head coupled to the reciprocating shaft. The massage chair also includes a support mechanism associated with the percussive massage assembly. Hula hoop unit sections and a hula hoop formed by the unit sections, wherein each unit section has one end having an inserting groove with a side opening, and another end having a plugging part capable of inserting the side opening into the inserting groove of an adjacent unit section. Each unit section also has a switching mechanism to open or close the side opening thereof so that the plugging part is maintained in or released from the inserting groove respectively.
