Circuit board
Disclosed are a circuit board and a method of manufacturing the same. The circuit board includes an insulating part, a heat-transfer body disposed in the insulating part, the heat-transfer body including a thermally conductive material formed in a column shape, and a function hole penetrating the heat-transfer body between a top surface and a bottom surface of the heat-transfer body.
PLUG AND AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The present disclosure relates generally to a plug and an electronic device. The plug includes a terminal and a connecting portion electrically connected to the terminal. The terminal is used to insert into a socket of an electronic equipment, and the connecting portion is used to magnetically connect with a peripheral female connector for charging and/or data transmission. The plug further includes a first chip and a PCB board disposed at an end of the terminal close to the connecting portion. The terminal and the first chip are electrically connected to the PCB board. The connecting portion includes a conductive structure electrically connected to the PCB board. An accommodating space for accommodating the first chip is defined between the conductive structure and the PCB board, which improves the space utilization rate of the plug. The electronic device of the present disclosure has the same beneficial effects as the plug.
Low profile connector and assembly of the same
A connector (100) and assembly of the same, the connector comprises an insulative housing (1) and a plurality of contacts (2) assembled onto the insulative housing (1), the insulative housing (1) defining a mating surface (11) and a mounting surface (12) opposite to the mating surface (11). Each contact (2) including a contact portion (21) arranged in the insulative housing (1) and a mounting portion (22) locating at the mounting surface (12) and protruding sidewardly beyond said insulative housing, the mounting portion (22) defines a soldering surface (222) for being soldered onto to said printed circuit board (200), said soldering surface (222) face toward the mounting surface (12). Therefore, when the connector (100) assembled to the printed circuit board (200), we could make full use of the height space at the up and down direction of the printed circuit board (200), thus greatly reducing the height space occupied by the connector (100).
Electronic device including wiring on a stretchable/contractible base
An electronic device including a stretchable/contractible base and a wiring formed on the base, the wiring being divided into a first region having a shape extending in a proceeding direction and a second region in which the proceeding direction is curved. The wiring includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer formed of a material that makes the second conductive layer easier to be curved than the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer is formed in the first region and the second conductive layer is formed in the second region.
Electronic apparatus
An electronic apparatus includes a frame, at least one circuit board, at least one hardware device, and at least one first connector. The frame includes a first frame body and a second frame body. The first frame body includes a first wire therein. The circuit board includes a first edge and a second, and at least a portion of the circuit board is flexible. The first edge is connected to the first frame body. The second edge is connected to the second frame body. The circuit board is electrically connected to the first wire. The hardware device is disposed on the circuit board. The first frame body includes a first inner surface, and the first connector is disposed on the first inner surface and electrically connected to the first wire, and the first edge of the circuit board is plugged in the first connector.
Method of manufacturing composite circuit board
A composite circuit board includes a composite circuit board unit, a first solder mask formed on a first metal protection layer of the composite circuit board unit, and a second solder mask formed on a second metal protection layer of the composite circuit board unit. Two ends of a first outer conductive circuit are bent back toward each other and spaced apart a predetermined distance to form a first window. Two ends of a second outer conductive circuit are bent back toward each other and spaced apart a predetermined distance to form a second window.
Flexible display panel
The present application provides a flexible display panel including a flexible substrate and a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the flexible substrate. Pins on the flexible substrate and the flexible circuit board are disposed to be inclined at a certain angle. When pitches of the pins on the flexible circuit board are changed due to expansion and contraction of the flexible circuit board itself, an accurate alignment of the pins on the flexible substrate and the flexible circuit board can be realized by adjusting the position of the flexible circuit board relative to the flexible substrate before connecting the flexible circuit board to the flexible substrate, thereby ensuring the quality of the flexible display panel and improving product yield of the display panel.
Conductive connecting member and display device including the same
An exemplary embodiment provides a conductive connecting member, and a display device including the same, that includes a flexible elongated body and terminals formed at opposite ends of the body to be electrically connected to the body, wherein the body may include terminal areas in which the terminals are formed and a central area disposed between the terminal areas, and wherein two or more recess portions may be formed in edges of the body within the central area of the body.
Multiple board standoff
A multiple board standoff for interconnecting a plurality of electronic boards, such as printed circuit boards, having at least one keyhole slot. The standoff comprises a plurality of major diameter portions, a plurality of minor diameter portions each disposed between two of the plurality of major diameter portions, and a plurality of abutment surfaces each transversely extending from one of the major diameter portions to one of the minor diameter portions. At least one of the minor diameter portions is configured to be inserted into the keyhole slot when the standoff is in a first orientation with respect to the electronic board and being retained within the keyhole slot when the standoff is in a second orientation with respect to the electronic board.
Circuit board
A circuit board includes a substrate, a plurality of contacts disposed on a surface of the substrate, and a solder mask. The contacts have a plurality of plating regions and a metal layer on the plating regions, and the plating regions have at least two different sizes. The solder mask covers the surface of the substrate and covers edges of the plating regions, in which topmost surfaces of the contacts are below a top surface of the solder mask, and a gap between the topmost surfaces of the contacts and the top surface of the solder mask is larger than 0 μm and is smaller than 5 μm.
