METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PACKAGING SUBSTRATE, AND PACKAGING SUBSTRATE
A method for manufacturing a packaging substrate, and a packaging substrate are disclosed. The method includes: providing a bottom board with a first circuit layer, the first circuit layer being provided with at least one demand point, and one side of the demand point being provided with a first to-be-avoided region; machining a first intermediate insulating layer on the bottom board, the first intermediate insulating layer including a first intermediate insulating dielectric covering the first to-be-avoided region; machining a first intermediate wiring layer on the first intermediate insulating layer, the first intermediate wiring layer including a first intermediate circuit partially arranged on the first intermediate insulating dielectric and connected to the demand point; machining a first insulating layer on the first intermediate wiring layer which is stacked on the bottom board and covers the first intermediate wiring layer; and machining a circuit build-up layer on the first insulating layer.
Pattern forming method
A pattern forming method comprises dispensing a curable composition onto an underlayer of a substrate; bringing the curable composition into contact with a mold; irradiating the curable composition with light to form a cured film; and separating the cured film from the mold. The proportion of the number of carbon atoms relative to the total number of atoms in the underlayer is 80% or more. The dispensing step comprises a first dispensing step of dispensing a curable composition (A1) substantially free of a fluorosurfactant onto the underlayer, and a second dispensing step of dripping a droplet of a curable composition (A2) having a fluorosurfactant concentration in components excluding a solvent of 1.1% by mass or less onto the curable composition (A1) discretely.
Method of manufacturing curved-surface metal line
A method of manufacturing a curved-surface metal line is provided. A three-dimensional structure is formed with a metal member and then fixed together with an insulator. Alternatively, the metal member and the insulator are embedded-formed to jointly form the three-dimensional structure, or the metal member and the insulator are fixed together and then jointly form the three-dimensional structure. Then, a photoresist protection layer is formed outside the metal member, and a selective exposure treatment is performed such that corresponding locations of the photoresist protection layer being exposed is subject to a photochemical reaction. The photoresist protection layer is developed, and after the photoresist protection layer is partially dissolved, portions of the metal member at the corresponding locations are simultaneously exposed. The exposed portions of the metal member are etched, and residual portions of the photoresist protection layer are removed to form the metal line provided on the insulator.
COMPONENT-EMBEDDED SUBSTRATE
A component-embedded substrate includes: a plurality of insulating layers each including a wiring pattern formed on one surface; an embedded component including a connection terminal; and a plurality of vias that electrically connect the connection terminal to the wiring patterns adjacent to each other in a lamination direction. The plurality of insulating layers is laminated on the connection terminal. Each of the plurality of vias is composed of a via hole formed in the respective insulating layer of the plurality of the insulating layers and a conductive material provided in the via hole. One of the plurality of vias is a connection via directly connected to the connection terminal. Another of the plurality of vias is a first adjacent via adjacent to the connection via in the lamination direction. The first adjacent via is connected to the wiring pattern formed on a surface of a top insulating layer.
LEAKAGE CHARACTERIZATION FOR ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT TEMPERATURE MONITORING
An electronic system can be used to monitor temperature. The electronic system can include a characterized dielectric located adjacent to a plurality of heat-producing electronic devices. The electronic system can also include a leakage measurement circuit that is electrically connected to the characterized dielectric. The leakage measurement circuit can be configured to measure current leakage through the characterized dielectric. The leakage measurement circuit can also be configured to convert a leakage current measurement into a corresponding output voltage. A response device, electrically connected to the leakage measurement circuit can be configured to, in response to the output voltage exceeding a voltage threshold corresponding to a known temperature, initiate a response action.
Unit unloading system
An IC unit unloading system including a chute and a drawer. The chute has a plurality of channels each arranged to receive a unit. The drawer is arranged to move along the chute and has a gate with a unit contact face proximate a top surface of the chute. The contact face is arranged to draw the units along the respective channel as the drawer moves along the chute, and to allow the units to slide laterally across the contact face from a first pitch of each channel to a second pitch. A method for washing a plurality of PCB units, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a plurality of PCB units, said PCB units arranged with a bump face projecting downwards; washing the bump face of the PCB units, then; flipping the PCB units so as to project the ball face downwards, then; washing the ball face.
Multilayer circuit board
The present disclosure discloses a multilayer circuit board comprising a plurality of metal layers, a blind via and/or a buried via, the multilayer circuit board is capable of transmitting signal between the different metal layers. The blind via has a pad on a non-opening side of the blind via. An upper or lower layer metal layer on the non-opening side of the blind via adjacent to the blind via has a first hole which is located in a position corresponding to the pad on the non-opening side of the blind via in a depth direction of the blind via; and/or an upper and/or lower layer adjacent to the buried via has a second hole which is located in a position corresponding to the pad of an upper and/or lower orifice of the buried via in a depth direction of the buried via.
FORMED FILM AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
It is an object to provide a formed film and a method for manufacturing a formed film. According to an embodiment, a method for manufacturing a formed film comprises providing a formable film having a conductive pattern on a first side of the formable film. The method may further comprise printing a deformation-preventing element onto the formable film and forming at least one section of the formable film at a forming temperature. A modulus of elasticity of the deformation-preventing element at the forming temperature may be greater than a modulus of elasticity of the formable film at the forming temperature. A method, a formed film, and an electronic device are provided.
