Tamper detection based on removal of fastener from recess
A point of sale (POS) device includes a flexible member with two exposed conductive areas that are part of a tamper detection circuit. While a recess receives a screw, the screw passes through apertures in the flexible member and in a conductive gasket, and the conductive gasket connects the two exposed conductive areas to one another, closing the tamper detection circuit. Adhesives affix the flexible member to the screw and the conductive gasket to the recess opening so that removing the screw from the recess separates the conductive gasket from the two exposed conductive areas, opening the tamper detection circuit.

A tray is detachably assembled to a chassis. The chassis includes a first chassis guide post. The tray includes a tray body, a handle and a first sliding piece. The tray body includes a side wall and a through slot disposed on the side wall. The handle is pivotally connected to the side wall and includes a handle guide post. The first sliding piece includes a first groove and a second groove. The handle guide post is disposed in the through slot and the first groove. The first chassis guide post is detachably disposed in the second groove.
Systems and methods for immersion-cooled datacenters
A liquid-submersible thermal management system includes a cylindrical outer shell and an inner shell positioned in an interior volume of the outer shell. The cylindrical outer shell has a longitudinal axis oriented vertically relative to a direction of gravity, and the inner shell defines an immersion chamber. The liquid-submersible thermal management system a spine positioned inside the immersion chamber and oriented at least partially in a direction of the longitudinal axis with a heat-generating component located in the immersion chamber. A working fluid is positioned in the immersion chamber and at least partially surrounding the heat-generating component. The working fluid receives heat from the heat-generating component.
Space efficient and low parasitic half bridge
A packaged half-bridge circuit includes a carrier having a dielectric core and a first layer of metallization formed on an upper surface of the carrier, first and second semiconductor chips, each including a first terminal, a second terminal, and a control terminal, and a conductive connector mounted on the upper surface of the carrier and electrically connected to the first layer of metallization. The first semiconductor chip is configured as a high-side switch of the half-bridge circuit. The second semiconductor chip is configured as a low-side switch of the half-bridge circuit. At least one of the first and second semiconductor chips is embedded within the dielectric core of the carrier. The conductive connector is electrically connected to one of the first and second terminals from one or both of the first and second semiconductor chips.

Field termination assembly (FTA) with dampened mount
This disclosure provides a field termination assembly (FTA) providing for ease of mounting to a support rail. The FTA provides a lever on a base that cushions against shocks and vibrations during shipment and operation while a housing is mounted on a base secured to a support rail. The base includes a dampener feature which makes it more capable of meeting operation and transportation vibration and shock requirements even for marine applications while still providing high channel density and cable count.
Integrated electrical bus bars in liquid coldplate with high density interconnects
An apparatus includes a coldplate and a bus bar. The coldplate is configured to be thermally coupled to a structure to be cooled and to remove thermal energy from the structure. The bus bar is integrated into the coldplate and is configured to deliver power to multiple components of the structure. The apparatus may also include multiple mounting holes positioned in rows on the coldplate and configured to mechanically couple the structure to the coldplate, where one of the bus bar or an additional bus bar is integrated between each pair of adjacent rows of mounting holes. The apparatus may further include sealed cooling channels adjacent to the bus bar and each additional bus bar. The bus bar may be integrated into the coldplate using vacuum brazing or ultrasonic additive manufacturing.
