ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device includes: a first electrode disposed on a substrate and extending in a first direction; a second electrode disposed above the first electrode and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and at least one switching particle disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and bonded to the first electrode and the second electrode via van der Waals bond, wherein the switching particle controls flow of current between the first electrode and the second electrode, based on a difference of voltages of the first electrode and the second electrode applied thereto.
Material for organic electronic device, and organic electronic device using the same
The present invention provides a novel compound that is capable of largely improving a life time, efficiency, electrochemical stability, and thermal stability of an organic electronic device, and an organic electronic device that comprises an organic material layer comprising the compound.
Semiconductor device having antenna and sensor elements
When a conductive layer occupying a large area is provided in a coiled antenna portion, it has been difficult to supply power stably. A memory circuit portion and a coiled antenna portion are disposed by being stacked together; therefore, it is possible to prevent a current from flowing through a conductive layer occupying a large area included in the memory circuit portion, and thus, power saving can be achieved. In addition, the memory circuit portion and the coiled antenna portion are disposed by being stacked together, and thus, it is possible to use a space efficiently. Therefore, downsizing can be realized.
