DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a display substrate, a light emitting element layer disposed on a surface of the display substrate and including display pixels, a sensing substrate having a surface attached to another surface of the display substrate, a sensing element layer disposed on another surface of the sensing substrate and including sending pixels that each sense light of a color, and a photorefractive layer disposed on the sensing element layer and including micro lenses.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A display device includes a fingerprint sensor layer that receives light reflected by an external object; a substrate disposed on the fingerprint sensor layer; an optical pattern layer disposed on the substrate and that includes a light blocking portion and a light transmitting portion that passes through the light blocking portion in one direction; a first light transmitting layer with a first refractive index and that is disposed on the light blocking portion; a second light transmitting layer with a second refractive index different from the first refractive index and that is disposed on the first light transmitting layer; and a light emitting element layer disposed on the second light transmitting layer.
SENSOR EMBEDDED DISPLAY PANEL AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Disclosed are a sensor-embedded display panel and an electronic device including the sensor-embedded display panel. The sensor-embedded panel may include a light emitting element and a photosensor on a substrate. The light emitting element may include a light emitting layer and the photosensor may include a photosensitive layer in parallel with the light emitting layer along an in-plane direction of the substrate. The light emitting element and the photosensor include respective portions of a first common auxiliary layer. The first common auxiliary layer may be continuous along the in-place direction of the substrate and under each of the light emitting layer and the photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer may include a fluorine-containing p-type semiconductor and a non-fullerene n-type semiconductor. The non-fullerene n-type semiconductor may form a pn junction with the p-type semiconductor.

OPTOELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHODS OF USE
Provided is a device comprising a light-emitting optoelectronic element and a photocurrent-generating optoelectronic element, wherein the device further comprises an opaque element that prevents light emitted by the light-emitting optoelectronic element from reaching the photocurrent-generating optoelectronic element via a pathway within the device.
DISPLAY UNIT, DISPLAY MODULE, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An object is to provide a highly reliable display unit having a function of sensing light. The display unit includes a light-receiving device and a light-emitting device. The light-receiving device includes an active layer between a pair of electrodes. The light-emitting device includes a hole-injection layer, a light-emitting layer, and an electron-transport layer between a pair of electrodes. The light-receiving device and the light-emitting device share one of the electrodes, and may further share another common layer between the pair of electrodes. The hole-injection layer is in contact with an anode and contains a first compound and a second compound. The electron-transport property of the electron-transport layer is low; hence, the light-emitting layer is less likely to have excess electrons. Here, the first compound is the material having a property of accepting electrons from the second compound.
PACKAGING LABEL AND METHOD FOR LABELLING A PACKAGE
In an embodiment, the present disclosure pertains to a packaging label (1) comprising a substrate (10), a display (6) placed above the substrate (10), a control module (4) placed in electrical contact with the display (6) and adapted to control the operation of said display (6), at least one photovoltaic module (2) placed above the substrate (10) and next to the display (6) and predisposed to supply the display (6) and the control module (4); wherein the photovoltaic module (2), the control module (4) and the display (6) are printed on the substrate (10) using a printing ink mixed with dopants.
IMAGE ACQUISITION SYSTEM
An image acquisition system includes a source of a radiation, an image sensor including an array of photodetectors capable of detecting the radiation and including a surface, and an angular filter, covering the sensor, and capable of blocking the rays of the radiation having an incidence relative to a direction orthogonal to the surface greater than a threshold and of giving way to at least certain rays of the radiation having an incidence relative to a direction orthogonal to the surface smaller than the threshold.
