The present disclosure provides a system for delivery of therapeutic energy. The system includes an energy unit configured to convert the acoustic energy signals transmitted to therapeutic ultrasound directed to fragment tumors and carcinogenic tissue in the body. The system also includes an energy unit configured to convert the acoustic energy signal transmitted from the energy unit to ultrasonic energy to image and monitor the treatment site with ultrasound. The system also includes a control unit including a computer for data storage and display.

An improved sexual aid device, the device including a semi-rigid base member for insertion into a woman's vagina. The semi-rigid flexible base member has a shape generally conforming to the shape of a male penis, and a top section secured to the semi-rigid base member. The top section includes an inflatable bladder, a foam member or a removable member. The top section receives the male penis. The device also may include a second curved external member which is a continuous extension from the base member, such that the device can simultaneously stimulate a woman's vagina and clitoris. Alternatively, the top section may include a removable member, and the device may include one more stimulation means.

A method of treating a patient exhibiting paralysis by applying shockwaves or acoustic pulses to the affected region to reduce or relieve unintended paralysis has the steps of: activating an acoustic shock wave or acoustic wave generator or source to emit acoustic shock waves or pulses from a fixed acoustic wave source or a handheld shock wave head or from electrodes embedded within a catheter with or without a fluid filled balloon catheter; and administering a plurality of acoustic shock or acoustic waves in a pulse or wave pattern within the targeted tissue of less than 10.0 mJ/mm.sup.2 per shock wave, the plurality of acoustic shock or acoustic waves in a pulse or wave pattern should be directed to a portion of the affected region.

An apparatus for connecting a massage gun to a massage cane includes a support platform for supporting the massage gun, the support platform comprising a fastening mechanism for fastening the massage gun to the support platform. The apparatus also includes a base for attaching the apparatus to the massage cane. The apparatus further includes a separating structure for connecting the base to the support platform.

Some embodiments are directed to a cellulite treatment system that contains a laser generating device. A hydrogel patch may include a region, at a first side of the hydrogel patch, to be in contact with a person's skin. Disclosed embodiments provide a pressure field stimulation device having an arm adaptable in shape. Embodiments of the improved stimulation device include a cup, a driver, and an arm. The arm is flexible in such a way that it holds its position when bent. The adaptable arm may be a handle, a member insertable into the vagina or rectum, or a connection member between the pressure field stimulator and another stimulator. In use, a user positions a rim of the cup such that an opening to the cavity is over an area to be stimulated (e.g., the clitoris). A sealed-, or substantially-sealed, chamber is formed by the cavity walls and the user's skin (surrounding the clitoris).
