Releasable Locking System For Vertical Panels
A releasable locking mechanism for attaching a vertical panel to a support member comprises a first component attached to the back of the panel and a second component attached to the top of the support member. The first component includes an engagement tab that projects outward from the rear surface of the panel. The second component includes a tensioned lever arm comprising a locking edge that may be positioned over the engagement tab and hold it in place. An opposing tail of the lever arm may be moved by an individual, which then rotates the locking edge away from engagement tab and allows the panel to lifted away from the support structure.
Compact universal gas pool heater and associated methods
A gas heater for a swimming pool or spa includes a cabinet defining an interior, a combustion chamber enclosure, a heat exchanger positioned within the combustion chamber enclosure, a burner, a combustion blower configured to provide combustible gas to the burner, and electrical components positioned within the cabinet. The cabinet has a plurality of side panels and a top panel covering a top opening to the interior of the cabinet. The combustion chamber enclosure defines a combustion chamber, and is positioned within the interior of the cabinet. The combustion chamber enclosure also includes a burner opening in which the burner is positioned such that the burner is configured to dissipate combustible gas into the combustion chamber. At least one of the electrical components is configured to control the gas heater. The electrical components are accessible through the top opening when the top panel is removed.
Systems and Methods for Providing Network Connectivity and Remote Monitoring, Optimization, and Control of Pool/Spa Equipment
Systems and methods for providing network connectivity and remote monitoring, optimization, and control of pool/spa equipment are provided. “Internet-of-Things” (IoT) functionality is provided for pool and spa equipment in a flexible and cost-effective manner. Network connectivity and remote monitoring/control of pool and spa equipment is provided by various components such as a network communication and local control subsystem installed in pool/spa equipment, and other components. Also disclosed are various control processes (“pool logic”) which can be embodied as software code installed in any of the various embodiments of the present disclosure.
Pool and spa water hammock device and methods of use
A system and method for providing a hammock for a user to rest thereon in the water of the spa. The hammock may include a proximal end with head support portion and one or more attachment means for connection to an anchor on the spa shell, and a distal end with one or more attachment means for connection to an anchor on the spa shell. One or more lateral coupling members may couple the hammock to the lateral sides of the spa, and one or more longitudinal coupling members may couple the hammock to a front side and/or back side of the spa. The longitudinal and lateral coupling members may support the hammock in the water to give the user a unique flotation experience.
SPA SHELL REINFORCEMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A system and method for reinforcing a spa shell includes a structural support layer on an underside of the spa shell. The structural support layer may include an inner layer of rigidizer, a central foam layer, and an outer layer of rigidizer. The structural support layer may extend from a bottom side of the underside of the spa shell, across at least one sidewall of the underside of the spa shell to a lip of the spa shell, the structural support layer forming at least one rib along the sidewall of the underside of the spa shell.
STEAM TENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
The disclosed technology includes devices, systems, and methods of fabricating and using a therapeutic tent to non-invasively treat burns, respiratory illnesses, muscle issues, and various other illnesses and physical, psychological, and emotional conditions. In some implementations, a disclosed system includes a tent, a steam source configured to supply an interior of the tent with steam, and a light source configured to illuminate the tent. The tent, the steam, and the light source are configured to treat a condition.
Vertical decompression relaxation device
Vertical decompression relaxation device with vertical tank, with access ladders, with handrail and stairs for internal access, and tie rods adjustable fasteners to tie rods, mainly in the treatment of muscle and fascia stiffness.
Method and device for supplying oxygen to a patient
A system for delivering oxygen to a substantially stationary patient without coupling a device to the body of the patient is disclosed. The system includes a source of oxygen coupled to a delivery system wherein the delivery system has a pump configured to pressurize oxygen and an elongate hollow member operatively coupled to the pump. The elongate hollow member has a proximal end and a distal end and is constructed to receive oxygen in its proximal end and deliver oxygen to the patient out the distal end. The length and diameter of the elongate member, the flow of oxygen through the elongate member, and the distance from the distal end of the elongate member to the face of the patient are optimized to collimate a stream of oxygen such that when the stream of oxygen reaches the patients face it envelops the face of the patient.
Foot spa tub pump and method
A foot spa tub includes a tub basin, a first magnetic drive member rotatably coupled to a drive motor, and a first casing supporting the magnetic drive member. The first casing is disposed against an exterior surface of a sidewall of the basin. A second magnetic drive member is rotatably coupled to a blade. The first and second magnetic drive members are magnetically coupled to each other so that the blade is drivingly coupled to the drive motor. A nozzle houses the second magnetic drive member and the blade. The nozzle is detachably securable to an interior surface of the sidewall by a magnetic attraction force between the first and second magnetic drive members. A method of circulating liquid in a foot tub spa is also provided.
System for jet hydrotherapy
A system for jet hydrotherapy configured to produce a fluid jet from an aerated fluid flow at sufficiently high velocities/pressures for massage or therapeutic treatment, which is accomplished by an internal geometry that places, at least, fluid and gas orifices, vessels and nozzles in the optimum location and configuration to create high fluid flow velocities throughout the system. The system also is configured to produce a fluid jet with sufficiently high gas content such that a user experiences less discomfort and/or pain when the fluid jet is applied to sensitive tissue areas. The system also is configured to provide a tactile interface upon which a system user can mechanically engage to supplement the jet hydrotherapy.
