The present disclosure relates generally to a patient face sheet for a therapy treatment table including a headrest. The patient face sheet may be used in conjunction with an optional pillow including a face opening which is positioned to align with the corresponding opening in the headrest. The patient face sheet comprises a main panel to which a protective skirt is connected. The main panel includes a central and generally circular-shaped opening about which the protective skirt is connected. A method of administering a massage that includes employing, by a massage practitioner, a foot of the massage practitioner to deliver force to a patient that is lying on a patient supporting device, and utilizing, by the massage practitioner, a flexible member affixed to patient supporting surface to assist with balance while employing the foot of the massage practitioner to deliver force to the patient. An apparatus for adapting a portable massage table that includes an elongated body extending in a longitudinal direction and at least one clasp attached to the elongated body. The elongated body has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional configuration. The at least one clasp is adaptable for securing a flexible member to the elongated body.

A method of administering a massage that includes employing, by a massage practitioner, a foot of the massage practitioner to deliver force to a patient that is lying on a patient supporting device, and utilizing, by the massage practitioner, a flexible member affixed to patient supporting surface to assist with balance while employing the foot of the massage practitioner to deliver force to the patient. An apparatus for adapting a portable massage table that includes an elongated body extending in a longitudinal direction and at least one clasp attached to the elongated body. The elongated body has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional configuration. The at least one clasp is adaptable for securing a flexible member to the elongated body.

A method of administering a massage that comprises providing a foldable massage table having a first half and a second half and assembling the foldable massage table. The first half of the foldable massage table is locked to the second half of the foldable massage table in an assembled position. At least two portions of a flexible member are secured to opposite sides of the foldable massage table. The massage practitioner stands on the foldable massage table and utilizes the flexible member to assist with delivery of force to a patient lying on the foldable massage table. A foot of the massage practitioner is used to massage the patient.

A method of administering a massage that comprises providing a foldable massage table having a first half and a second half and assembling the foldable massage table. The first half of the foldable massage table is locked to the second half of the foldable massage table in an assembled position. At least two portions of a flexible member are secured to opposite sides of the foldable massage table. The massage practitioner stands on the foldable massage table and utilizes the flexible member to assist with delivery of force to a patient lying on the foldable massage table. A foot of the massage practitioner is used to massage the patient.
