Multi-purpose fitness device
The multi-purpose fitness device is provided in a comfortable posture such as being seated, face up or face down, to generate twisting of various body sites, loosen muscle stiffness in hypokinetic people, and promote blood circulation intermixed with muscle training, for recovery, maintenance and promotion of health. Dieting, rehabilitation, massage, stretching, cellulite prevention, and metabolic syndrome prevention exercise are addressed. For generating twisting in various body sites, the multi-purpose fitness device comprises: main body having a rotatably supported strut, a repetitive drive unit connectably disposed below the strut, upper and lower wings fixed to both side surfaces of struts, and a pad driver slidably connected on the top part of strut; and pad parts as accessories. By flexibly transmitting rotation of the main body units movable front-to-back, left-to-right and up-and-down to a human body, twisting exercises become possible in exercise bodily free positions.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TREATING FLUID STASIS
Systems and methods for treating fluid stasis employ an airstream to move static fluid to one or more natural drainage areas for static fluid. A system for treating fluid stasis includes an airstream nozzle and an airflow generator for supplying an airflow to the airstream nozzle. The airflow nozzle is configured to output an airstream configured to be directed onto a patient to induce shear-thinning of static fluid and movement of static fluid toward one or more natural drainage areas for static fluid.
Dieting, rehabilitation, massage, stretching, cellulite prevention, and metabolic syndrome-preventoin exercise are addressed. SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS OF TREATING TISSUE AND CELLULITE BY NON-INVASIVE ACOUSTIC SUBCISION
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to systems, devices, and methods of inducing physical effects in tissue, such as dermis, adipose, musculoskeletal, vascular, hepatic tissue, using unfocused or planar, non-cavitating acoustic shock waves. The physical effects include disruption of fibrous extracellular matrix of the targeted tissues. Embodiments of the present disclosure include applying rapid acoustic pulses (e.g., shock waves) to cause a breakdown in the fibrous extracellular matrix to reduce the appearance of cellulite or scars in a treatment area. Such unfocused or planar, non-cavitating acoustic shock waves may induce a tissue reaction, such as reduction of fibrosis, induction of angiogenesis, or lymphangiogenesis.
DISSECTION HANDPIECE AND METHOD FOR REDUCING THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE
A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes.
Leg therapy apparatus
A leg therapy apparatus is provided which enables the user to easily and comfortable engage the various muscles of the leg, providing the leg muscles with a therapeutic message which helps to loosen and relieve sore or damages muscles. The apparatus may also be used to assist in the removal of cellulite from areas of the leg. The apparatus is basically comprised of a frame structure means, a user engagement means, a coupling means, and an optional resistance means. The frame structure means has at least two main support members coupled together in such a manner that the leg of the user may be placed within, with the main support members surrounding a significant portion of the leg. The main support members are adjustably coupled together by the coupling means such that they may alternatively move away and towards one another, as the various leg muscles of the user are being engaged by the user engagement means. The optional resistance means may be used to provide motion resistance.
Method and apparatus for the treatment of cellulite with the combination of low level light, ultrasound, and vacuum
A method and device is taught to improve the appearance of cellulite by combining mild exfoliation of the skin, various wavelengths of low level light, ultrasound, and a vacuum or suction. The device is intended to increase the metabolic rate of the fat cells and reduce their size, while increasing the extensibility or length of the septae. Such increased activity will promote blood flow to the affected area thereby increasing cell nutrients and removing cellular exudates while stimulating the growth of new collagen thereby alleviating the cellulite.
Systems and methods for laser treatment of cellulite
Some embodiments are directed to a cellulite treatment system that contains a laser generating device. A hydrogel patch may include a region, at a first side of the hydrogel patch, to be in contact with a person's skin. The region may contain an adsorbing medium (e.g., carbon black or any other substance that would have a similar effect) that, when receiving a laser beam from the laser generating device, results in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) being applied to the person's skin to treat cellulite.
METHODS OF TREATING CELLULITE AND SUBCUTANEOUS ADIPOSE TISSUE
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods of inducing therapeutic adipose tissue inflammation using high frequency pressure waves (e.g. high frequency shockwaves) wherein the inflammation results in a reduction in the volume of subcutaneous adipose tissue. Embodiments include applying electrohydraulic generated shockwaves at a rate of between 10 Hz and 1000 Hz to reduce the appearance of cellulite or the volume of subcutaneous fat in a treatment area.
