CELLULITE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHODS
Systems and methods for treating cellulite including an apparatus that applies or a method involving disrupting, stretching, re-orienting or tearing septa to eliminate or reduce the appearance of cellulite. In one approach, an expandable member is placed between tissue layers to stretch or tear septa connecting tissue layers between which fat deposits are contained.
Method and device for skin treatment by heating and muscle stimulation
A method and a system for treating skin tissue are provided. A heater is configured to modify temperature of the skin tissue, and a muscle stimulator is configured to provide muscle stimulation to a muscle layer located below the skin tissue. A handheld applicator is configured to be placed in vicinity of the skin tissue to deliver the temperature modification from the at least one heater to the skin tissue and the muscle stimulator from the muscle stimulator to the muscle layer located below the skin tissue; a control board is configured and operable to activate the at least one heater and the muscle stimulator according to respective activation pattern, thereby providing one or more treatments to the skin tissue.
Handpieces for tissue treatment
A dermatological skin treatment device is provided. The device comprises a handpiece and a cutting tool, wherein the tool is inserted through the conduit and percutaneously inserted into a tissue disposed within a recessed area of the handpiece. The device and method cut the fibrous structures under the skin that cause cellulite at an angle substantially parallel to the surface of the skin and replace these structures with a non-cellulite forming structure by deploying a highly fibrous mesh through a single needle hole to create a highly fibrous layer directly or through wound healing processes.
Body roller apparatus
A body roller apparatus is provided which enables therapy routines to be performed on various body muscle groups. A frame structure is part of the apparatus and includes a base frame with a generally horizontal user support member having an opening being mounted thereon. The upper end of a roller structure rotatably supports a spherical roller, while its lower end mounts to the base frame so that at least a portion of the spherical roller extends through the opening of the user support member. The user operates the apparatus by positioning themselves upon the user support member and engaging with their body the portion of the spherical roller which extends through the opening. The vertical position of the spherical roller may be adjusted, and the frame structure itself may be collapsible for storage.
Iontophoresis massager
A system is provided for stimulating a portion of skin, the system including at least two electrodes; a motor and an electrical system, the electrical system including a power source; and an end effector operably coupled to the motor and the electrical system, the end effector having at least one embedded electrode, from the at least two electrodes, disposed and operably coupled to the electrical system at which the end effector is configured to be in electrical communication with the portion of skin, wherein the motor is configured to subject the end effector to repetitive movements while contacting the skin to provide mechanical stimulation to the skin, wherein the at least one embedded electrode is configured to serve as a source electrode and another of the at least two electrodes is configured to serve as a return electrode, and wherein the power source is configured to bias the source electrode to the return electrode and form an electric field with the portion of skin.
Fascia therapy tool
A rigid tool is used in fascia therapy and includes a handle and a blade. The handle is an elongate cylinder having a length of 4.5 inches and a diameter of 1 inch. The blade is a flat plate having a thickness inch and a width of 4.5 inches. The blade is rigidly affixed at a proximal end to and extends outwardly from the handle. The blade has a distal edge with a curved contour devoid of sharp corners across its width.
Leg muscle therapy apparatus
A Leg Muscle Therapy Apparatus is provided which enables the user to easily and comfortably engage the various muscles of the leg, providing the leg muscles with a therapeutic message which helps to loosen and relieve sore or damages muscles. The apparatus may also be used to assist in the removal of cellulite from areas of the leg. The apparatus is basically comprised of a frame structure means, a user engagement means, a coupling means, and an optional resistance means. The frame structure means has at least two main support members coupled together in such a manner that the leg of the user may be placed within, with the main support members surrounding a significant portion of the leg. The main support members are adjustably coupled together by the coupling means such that they may alternatively move away and towards one another, as the various leg muscles of the user are being engaged by the user engagement means. The optional resistance means may be used to provide motion resistance.
METHODS OF TREATING CELLULITE AND SUBCUTANEOUS ADIPOSE TISSUE
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods of inducing therapeutic adipose tissue inflammation using high frequency pressure waves (e.g. high frequency shockwaves) wherein the inflammation results in a reduction in the volume of subcutaneous adipose tissue. Embodiments include applying electrohydraulic generated shockwaves at a rate of between 10 Hz and 1000 Hz to reduce the appearance of cellulite or the volume of subcutaneous fat in a treatment area.
Massage and Cellulite Reduction Device
A massage and cellulite reduction device is an apparatus that enables the administration of different physical therapies to treat different physical ailments. The present invention also promotes muscle toning and pain relief by applying electrical stimulation. The apparatus includes a handheld housing, percussion therapy (PT) thrusters, a controller, and a portable power source. The handheld housing is designed to be operated singlehandedly for self-treatment of the target body areas. The controller facilitates the operation of the PT thrusters based on user inputs. The portable power source provides the voltage necessary for the electronic and electrical components of the apparatus. Each of the PT thrusters can include a reciprocating piston, a radio frequency (RF) emitter, and an electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) contact. The reciprocating piston enables the application of percussion therapy. The RF emitter enables the radiation of RF waves, while the EMS contact enables the application of electrical pulses.
