TABLET CASSETTE
A tablet cassette includes a tablet container for containing tablets in a random manner and a rotor provided therein and having a plurality of tablet receiving portions, and allows tablets, which have fallen into the tablet receiving portions through axial rotation of the rotor, to successively fall down through a discharge port at the bottom portion of the tablet container. The rotor includes a circumferential expansion-contraction mechanism, a radial expansion-contraction mechanism, and a pressing member externally mounted on a rotary shaft that penetrates a bottom wall portion of the tablet container. The circumferential expansion-contraction mechanism allows the plurality of tablet receiving portions to be expanded and contracted in the circumferential direction in conjunction with each other. The radial expansion-contraction mechanism allows the tablet receiving portions to be individually expanded and contracted by individually moving a plurality of sliding members in the radial direction.

KIT PREPARATION AND DOSE ADJUSTMENT METHOD
A kit preparation that enables drug dose adjustment. The kit preparation includes a bag which contains an infusion solution or pure water and at least one drug enclosing part in which a drug is enclosed and which is provided with a sealing part. The drug enclosing part is connected to the bag via the sealing part; and, when the sealing part is released, the bag is communicated with the drug enclosing part and thus the drug is poured into the bag so that a dispensing work can be carried out.

Vial puck system for automatic drug compounder
A compounder system having a vial puck configured for attachment to a vial containing a drug is provided. The vial puck includes features for facilitating uniform control of vials of various sizes in an automatic compounder system. The vial puck features may include a vial recess for receiving a vial of a particular size and securing the vial within the vial recess. The features may also include a cylindrical central portion, perpendicular extensions that extend from a top of the cylindrical central portion, a gear extending from the cylindrical central portion, and a sealing member disposed in the cylindrical central portion. The vial puck may include a cylindrical protrusion configured to press against a septum of the vial to form a seal between the vial puck and the vial. The sealing member may be configured to receive a needle of the compounder system therethrough to allow access to the vial.
Resin composition-filled syringe, and production method and preservation method for same
There is provided a syringe filled with a resin composition which prevents a barrel cap from being detached due to temperature change during storage or during transportation, a production method thereof, and a storage method thereof. This syringe filled with the resin composition includes a syringe having a syringe barrel, a resin composition filling the syringe barrel, a plunger inserted in the syringe barrel, a barrel cap blocking an opening of the syringe barrel, and a spatial part between the plunger and the barrel cap in the syringe barrel. The pressure of the spatial part in a frozen state is 50 kPa to 92 kPa.
MEDICAL TABLET, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR MEDICAL TABLET
An object is to provide a tablet manufacturing apparatus capable of supplying an IC chip to a desired position of pharmaceutical powder with a high accuracy and suppressing a positional displacement. The IC chip is supported by a positioning guide with a chip main body in a downward manner, and is held in a state of being positioned above pharmaceutical powder filled in a die hole before compression. The IC chip is supplied by a pusher.
Work station for medical dose preparation
Embodiments of work stations for use in a medical dose preparation management system are disclosed. A work station may include a camera stand. The camera stand may include a housing enclosing a camera and one or more light sources therein. As such, the camera and light sources may be directed at a medical dose preparation staging region to capture medical dose preparation images of the medical dose preparation staging region. The camera stand may include an adjustable support positionable in a plurality of positions to dispose the camera and light source relative to the medical dose preparation staging region. The work stations may facilitate improved image quality and record work flows carried out at the work station for preparation verification.

Needleless cartridge for automatic drug compounder
Various aspects of the subject disclosure relate to a compounder system having a cartridge that includes fluid pathways controllable by valves of the cartridge. A pump component within the cartridge is actuable to move fluid through the controllable fluid pathways. The cartridge includes a needleless fluid port and a needleless vent port for fluid coupling to a vial via a vial puck. The vial puck includes corresponding needleless fluid and vent ports and a cannula. The cannula is extendible, by insertion of a protrusion on the cartridge into a shaft of the vial puck, into the vial to couple the vial to the needleless fluid and vent ports.
