The liquid-dispensing pacifier comprises a nipple, a fluid dispenser, and a guard. The guard prevents the liquid-dispensing pacifier from being swallowed by the baby. The nipple is shaped to resemble a female human teat and provides one or more apertures through which a fluid may exit the nipple from a chamber within the nipple. As non-limiting examples, the fluid may be breast milk or formula. The fluid is introduced into the nipple from the fluid dispenser. The fluid dispenser may be a reservoir or syringe that is coupled to the nipple. Fluid may travel from the reservoir to the chamber in the nipple via a valve or feeding tube. The valve may be opened by sucking action of the baby. The syringe may inject fluid into the chamber through one or more apertures, values, or tubes.

FEEDING BOTTLE

A feeding bottle has a first layer and optionally a second layer. The feeding bottle offers an improved user experience by mitigating against spills, leaks, improving feeding comfort, or offering information to the user about the feeding environment. The feeding bottle has a reusable liner that is compatible with breast pumps. The liner stores fluid such as breast milk in the freezer. The liner is adaptable to feeding bottle holders, collars, and/or nipples and thus facilitates feeding infants. The liner is adaptable to breast pumps, a liner cap, and one or more of a bottle holder, collar and nipple, such that the liner offers a pump, store, feed solution that is reusable and simplifies the number of parts required for any/all of pumping, storing and feeding activities.

Embodiments of the systems and methods described herein include a system of improved silicone bottle containers, adapters, and nipples that support the collection, storage, and feeding of breast milk. In some embodiments, a bottle system may include a bottle formed from molded silicone rubber including a bottom end having a recess, and a top end having an opening configured to receive and dispel contents, wherein the top end is spaced apart from the bottom end, and an inner adapter composed of molded standard thermo-plastic configured to engage with the top end of the bottle. The bottle system may also include a flat cap, nipple, nipple cover, nipple adapter, and/or breast pump adapter.

Valve assembly for a leak resistant drinking cup

A valve assembly for a leak resistant drinking cup includes a tubular plug having an outer wall, an inner wall, and a web extending between and connecting the outer and inner walls. The web has at least one slit disposed intermediate the inner and outer walls. The valve assembly is configurable between a sealed position wherein liquid is inhibited from passing through the slit and an unsealed position wherein liquid can pass through the slit.

A pacifier structure is mounted on a nursing bottle containing a rotatable cap, a body, and a filtration member. The rotatable cap includes a peripheral groove, the body includes a suction portion and a surround plane, the surround plane has an air valve, the surround plane connects with the peripheral groove to produce an air chamber, and a trench is defined between the body and the peripheral groove. The filtration member includes a ring portion, at least one connection tab, and a mesh portion. The ring portion has an arcuate recess, a diameter defined by the at least two connection tabs is more than an inner diameter of the body, the mesh portion has a large section adjacent to the ring portion and a small section away from the ring portion. The large section has a greater diameter than the small section, and the mesh portion has multiple orifices.

The nursing device is for use with a liquid feeding formula (hereinafter formula) for use with livestock. The nursing device is specifically for use with a formula for use with a living cat. The nursing device includes a feline shell, a fluid handling system, and an electrical system. The feline shell is a puppet that resembles a cat. The feline shell contains the fluid handling system and the electrical system. The fluid handling system: 1) contains the formula; and, 2) distributes the formula to the one or more living cats. The electrical system: 1) heats the formula; and, 2) creates audible sounds intended to soothe the one or more living cats.

FEEDING BOTTLE

A feeding bottle assembly having a flexible bottle defining a main chamber having a flexible peripheral and a divider member cooperating with the flexible bottle open top and having an opening extending therethrough. A raised lid attached to the open top retaining the divider member therebetween, the raised lid defining an auxiliary chamber with an having an outlet. An elongate liquid pickup tube having a proximate end passes through and sealingly connected to the divider member opening and extending above the divider member to define an auxiliary chamber, and extending below the divider into the main chamber. A nipple is mounted in a raised lid outlet, so that a liquid placed in the main chamber can be transferred to the auxiliary chamber through the pickup tube by squeezing the flexible bottle peripheral wall. The liquid is subsequently consumed by a user drinking from the nipple through a nipple outlet.

An artificial nipple is formed of an elastomeric polymer by use of 3D printing after imaging of a mother's breast in an active state of lactation. The artificial nipple used as an attachment to a baby bottle or as the nipple component of a pacifier. Use of an artificial nipple formed in this manner mitigates a problem with nipple confusion, as may otherwise manifest in newborn offspring.
